Chapter 4

(The next day)

"Good morning, Umi-chan!" Honoka greeted Umi

"Oh! Good morning" Umi replied

Honoka noticed that Kotori is not yet there, she thinks of asking Umi but before she can even ask her their teacher suddenly came

"Ok class go back to your seats. Homeroom is starting." their teacher said

"... and oh Minami-san contacted me earlier she said she can't go to school today because of her fever." she added

When Umi and Honoka heard this they look at each other and became really worried. Kotori is the type of person that always gets sick. She's frequently hospitalized when they were young.

'She texted me yesterday, she said that her fever's gone and that she can go to school today. I wonder what happened?' Umi thought worriedly

After their homeroom, Honoka asks Umi if Kotori texted her earlier about anything but Umi said there's nothing.

(After school)

"Hey Umi-chan let's visit Kotori-chan, today. We don't have practice, right? I'll message Eli-chan and the others." Honoka said

"Ok!" Umi replied while fixing her things

Honoka texted the others. She said that she & Umi decided to visit Kotori because she's sick and asks them if they want to come. She also said that the two of them will wait at their clubroom.

When they arrived at Kotori's house, they welcomed by Kotori's mother, the school chairwoman

(At Kotori's house)

"Welcome everyone. Come in. Kotori is in her room sleeping" Kotori's mother said

"Pardon the intrusion" the 8 of them said

Kotori's mother accompanied them to Kotori's room. They followed her quietly because they don't want Kotori to wake up.

"Kotori-chan..." Honoka opens the door

"We came here to visit you nyaa~" the cat-like girl said in a quiet voice

The 6 of them didn't stay too long. They decided to go home and let Kotori rest but Honoka & Umi said that they want to stay.

"Umi-chan... Honoka-chan... What are you doing here?" Kotori mumbles while rubbing her eyes

"We came to visit you. Everyone's here awhile ago but they already went home" Honoka said

Suddenly Honoka's phone rings

"Excuse me guys I'll be back." Honoka excused herself and went outside to answer her phone

Umi asks Kotori if she's feeling fine and Kotori just nodded. A moment later Honoka came back.

"Ah guys. I'm so sorry but I need to go home now my mom just called me, she said that the store has a lot of customers and she needs extra help. I'll see you tomorrow!" Honoka apologizes and go home

When Honoka left the room, the room became quiet

'Ah. I'm alone again with Umi-chan. It's not like that I don't want to be alone with her it's just I don't know how act normally in front of her without getting flustered' Kotori thought averting her gaze from Umi

"Hey Kotori, do you want something to eat? I can make you a porridge if you want" Umi finally break the silence

Kotori just nodded without saying a word. Umi went to the kitchen to cook something for Kotori.

Kotori ralized that it's time for her medicine. She stood up and went to her table to get it. After a while Umi came back and saw Kotori standing

"I'm back! Kotori? what are you doing? You should be lying down and resting" Umi said

She taps Kotori's shoulder that caused Kotori to be surprised.

"Ah U-umi-chan! I was just−" Kotori said defensively

When she turns around she steps on something that made her accidentally fall on top of Umi. When she opens her eyes she was shocked to saw that her lips was touching Umi's.

Uwaaah~ I can't believe this... I just made them k-kiss. When I'm writing this I felt embarrased. Waaaaaah!!! >////<

What will now happen to them? How can this affect them both? Stay tune~ :P
