The sun was out.
My mood was lifted in a way.
Though I wasn't so happy, I felt comfortable and at peace.
Despite my troubles,
I was going to forget about them.
I had too.
I had to have a better life.
I couldn't depend on this that I will always be happy.
I have to be my own self.
