Tom Holland seen going to hospital with wife. What is going on?

Tom Holland,23, and wife Kit Holland, 22, have been spotted heading to the hospital this morning. This year has been a hard year for the couple as they lost their twin girls and Kit had been in a severe car crash, ending in a coma for two weeks. Downeys daughter has had it harsh but throughout it all Tom was there for her. However they have had a few positive outcomes. The two have celebrated their first anniversary as a married couple and Holland has had a great year of acting jobs. He is currently working on Cherry with the Russo brothers. However, since Holland came home the couple have been very secretive. Each of them have been tweeting sweet quotes and now they have been seen at the hospital. It is possible that they are going for a check up for Kit due to her being a coma but could it be more?
