The winter is such crystalline joy, those brilliant rays that show the uniqueness of every snowflake. The snowflakes were beautiful – especially the intricate patterns on the delicate piece of art.
At least, that's what Tamaki thought.
So when Tamaki found out you had never seen snow before, since you had moved to Japan after winter last year, he was shocked beyond words.
He just couldn't seem to be able to wrap his head around the fact that someone as beautiful as you had never seen the prettiest season in the world.
For a long six months, Tamaki was eagerly waiting beside you for winter to fall upon the town, wishing that time would speed up so you could see the beauty of the small white stars fall onto your s/c skin.
Your body was curled into Tamaki's with your arms wrapped around his torso – similar to the way a Koala would cling to a tree. He let a small smile slip onto his face before his cool fingers stroked through your hair delicately – making sure to not wake you.
You subconsciously reacted to his gentle touch, your mouth down turning into a small frown. Your glimmering e/c eyes fluttered open, surprising the gentle boy next to you.
"I'm s-sorry, I didn't mean t-to wake you," He apologised, lowering his eyes nervously. For someone so powerful, he was so gentle – like a fawn.
"It's ok," You murmured, closing your eyes again before nuzzling his neck with your face. A light blush spread across his cheeks, climbing up to the tip of his ears. "It's a bit colder than usual, isn't it?"
Tamaki silently agreed with your words before his eyes slightly widened. "What if it's snowing?" He asked, making you look at him with excited eyes. You unravelled yourself from him and jumped up, running over to the window like a child.
You peeled back the curtains, revealing the wintery wonderland decorating the earth. Snow danced in the light – like a choreographed ballet conducted by the gentle wind.
Tamaki squeaked as you ran straight past him, too excited to even grab a coat. "Y-Y/n! T-That's my sh-shirt!" He tried to call out to you, but you were already jumping down the stairs.
He quickly slipped a hoodie on and grabbed you one as well, along with two beanies before running outside to see you standing in front of the dorms with a huge grin on your face.
The cold snowflakes gently landed on your skin, melting almost immediately against the warmth of your skin.
Tamaki felt the air ripped from his lungs as he stared at you – you were stunning.
