If you consider waking up on the roof of the compound normal then okay but to a normal person its probably the most unusual thing possible but who knows with the alcohol I drank yesterday. A massive gush of wind blew past me suddenly and shivers went down my body, damn it was cold. All I remember is the room spinning and being able to only focus on one person at a time and the rest is literally a blur.
"Well that's where you ended up" Steve said from behind me
"Do I event want to ask how I did" I asked him
"To be completely honest no one knows how you ended up here because we couldn't find you last night Z" Steve said and I just sat up and sighed
" that was one rough night and party. Happy new year Steve"
"Happy new year Z" he said and handed me a glass of water I chucked down like a shot.
"New year resolution not to drink as much" I said and steve laughed slightly
"I think the better one is to get Tony to not throw as many parties as last year"
"Doubt that will ever happen" I said with a shiver. Of course Steve noticed and took his jacket off and draped it over my shoulders
"Thank you"
"Anything for you because your like a little sister to all of us Z and if we dont all hell will break lose from Nat" Steve said and I laughed
"True, very true. Let's go find my devil of a sister anyway" I said and Steve nodded helping me stand up and we went into the compound and I gave Steve his jacket back as I didnt need it now. We both walk down to the lounge area and we see Bucky, Tony, Wanda and Tessa there
"Jeez social gathering of the two young girls and two old men"
"Morning to you to Z" Tony said then shock hit him
"There you are! Steve you found her!?"
"Yep, the roof of the compound" Steve said and Tessa hugged the shit out of me
"THE ROOF!?" Tessa yelled and slapped my arm
"Ouch" I said but it didnt hurt at all
"How did you get to the roof!?" Tessa asked and I shrugged my shoulders
"Your guess is just as good as my blurry heads" I said
"Well the building was on lockdown so we thought you fell asleep somewhere inside" Bucky said
"Hang on can I?" Wanda asked as a red glow appeared around her hands
"Yeah let me sit down though" I said and sat down. Wanda hit me with her powers and I suddenly felt what she was seeing if that makes sense. I felt a massive wave of sadness crush me and before I knew it I was subconsciously crying my eyes out then I felt this feeling of happiness as well
"Well that explains a lot" Wanda said and stopped her spell. I stood up but instantly fell but not into the chair. Bucky managed to grab me and lowered me down to the floor and helped me sit up
"What was it?" Steve asked
"Best I tell you outside, she cant remember and my spell didnt show her what she saw just the emotions she felt but I saw it all" Wanda explained and the three followed her out while Bucky stayed with me
"Dont want to hear the juicy gossip about me then huh?" I asked him weakly
"Rather be with you making sure your okay" Bucky said and hugged me
"Plus you cried badly and I dont want to hear what upset you like that",
"Yeah I guess your right... help me stand?"
"If your sure" he said and helped me up and of course I wobbled a bit but managed to get some balance. The others came back in.
"Sorry Z I need you to try do it again but its going to be stronger this time as I need specific information" Wanda said and I sighed
"Fine" I said and sat on the chair and Bucky sat at my side gripping onto my hand. Wanda's hands had more power this time as she read my mind. The pain was there this time but I managed to see a few things myself and felt more emotions. I cried harshly, laughed a lot then had a painful cry along with weakness with it. I couldn't understand until the vision came to me. A knife came at me and I screamed and felt a warm feeling at my stomach. It stabbed me... the adrenaline rush helped stop the pain getting worse. Before I knew it I was pulled out and anxiety filled me badly. Wanda was even exhausted and crying
"That's not possible" she said crying
"What!?" Tony asked
"The person who saved her before she passed out was.... Pietro" Wanda said
"Explains the gush of wind I felt" I said and Bucky hugged me tightly
"Where did he go?" She asked me
"I dont know.... I wish I did Wanda I really do" I said
"Well what happened before he saved you?" Steve asked
"I made my way to the forest around the compound... I cant remember much of it until now. I was drunk and walked into a tree and screamed super loud and was about to pass out but as I did I felt someone grab me I thought it was the sticks so I played dead but only took a few seconds and I passed out and woke up on the roof and felt this massive gush of wind and I just assumed it was literally just the wind" I explained
"You got stabbed by a tree!?" Nats voice yelled from behind me
"Catch up stupid" I said and she sat infront of me
"Where!?" She asked
"I'm not showing with the men in here" I said and the boys left and I lifted my dress up to the right position so the wound was visible but it was stitched up.
"He must of waited for it to heal and stitched the deeper scratches up" I said in utter amazement and then put the dress down after Nat finished inspecting the wound
"We need to find him" Nat said
"How?" Wanda asked
"I have a pretty good idea but of Pietro murders us after it's not my idea its Nats " I said with a laugh and Wanda and Nat nodded
"What is it?" She asked
"Well..."
