The next day Zara woke up early and went for a small walk in the garden, just enjoying the newly bloomed flowers. She just sat down and smiled enjoying the morning air until her pup came and flipped herself on her lap.

"Morning Z, you okay?" MJ asked as she walked outside in a dressing gown, as she stayed after how drunk she got last night.

"Yeah I'm good. Hows your head?" Zara asked standing up and walking inside with MJ and Shadow.

"I'm good thanks Z, May and Ned are gonna be here in 4 hours" MJ explained showing Zara the messages

"Thats late. Oh well gives me time to help Maddie after I've facetime Nat" Zara said

"And the twins" MJ said and the two smiled and laughed. The two got a nice breakfast made for them two, Maddie, Athena and Peter while being on call to Nat, Bucky and the babies

"Hey Z" Nat said as she answered the phone

"Hey Tash! Meet MJ, Peter and my high school best friend" Zara introduced

"Hi MJ, nice to meet you" Nat said and MJ smiled widely

"Thanks Natasha. Z showed me a picture of the twins, they are so cute" MJ explained and Nat laughed and switched the camera view around and showed the two in their play pen

"Aww" Zara and MJ said in unison

"Auntie Zara!" Maddie screamed from the lounge. Zara panicked and grabbed her gun and ran into the area Maddie screamed from, only so see her also laughing as Shadow had her pinned down and was licking her to death

"You scared me Madds, Shadow off" Zara laughed and demanded and the dog ran around Maddie and sat down at Zaras feet, expecting a treat.

"Shes so fluffy" Maddie giggled and Zara laughed and hid her gun in the back of her belt.
Zara walked the dog and Maddie into the kitchen

"Holy shit, were we asleep for 8 years!?" Bucky said seeing Maddie

"1) no swearing and 2) no! Its Athenas daughter" Zara said then Maddie smiled

"Shit!" She said and MJ tried not to laugh while Zara death glared at Bucky

"Maddie, that's a bad word. You don't say it until you're at least 14" Zara said and Maddie nodded.

"Hey guys" Peter said half asleep with messy hair and pyjamas on.

"Hi" Zara said and then Athena walked in and Maddie being Maddie turned to Peter and said

"You look like crap" of course everyone tried not to laugh but then a voice did. A birds voice did and was repeating

"Crap, crap , crap"

"Stupid bird! Patricia!" Zara yelled and the bird went silent for a minute before the classical

"Oh shit" escaped her beak.

"The birdy is funny" Maddie said

"Oh well, she caught me saying crap when I subbed my toe yesterday. Just as long as it is only crap she knows... it can't be bad, she isn't attending a proper school so shes okay" Athena said and Zara laughed cutting up her melons for breakfast as Peter wrapped his arms around her stomach gently and resting his head on her shoulder.

"Well we best go in a minute" Bucky said looking at the time

"Yeah, we have to do a tour of the compound today" Athena said to the two

"Yeah, we will be there anyway. Stark has a surprise planned for the twins" Nat said, sounding like she was already ready to knock the poor man out if he done something wrong
