Like Scootabloom, I only see them as 'friends', and nothing more. Diamond uses Silver Spoon, and Silver Spoon literally only hangs out with her for popularity, and Diamond doesn't appreciate her, as you can clearly see in the episode when the CMC get their cutie-marks.
