Yes. Opposites can attract, and in this case, its flutter-cord. I'm not a fan of it, but I'm not against it either. Besides age differences, and personalities, they would make a great couple. Fluttershy can also tame Discords wild personality if she has to, and Discord will do anything to make her happy.
