Ew no. Who ever invented this needs to go to hell. Pinkie pie and Sombra have no similarities, and Sombra would probably enslave her, make her do all the work while he sits back and drinks his coffee. He needs someone who is able to stand up to themselves, some one strong willed, like Luna or Tempest. Pinkie would probably bug him to the point of suicide anyways. On top of that, age difference, and Pinkie's friends would be furious, even if they could work it out.
