mattia polibio was known as the powerfully gang leaders, son. he was proud of the title and it came with benefits, but all good things come with sins. his teachers never took him seriously and joining the soccer team was out of the question. cops were constantly keeping eyes on him and anyone who had any type of relationship with him. he found it hard to trust people, his brother always warning him that anyone can turn into a snitch. he'd also been arrested so any good paying job was down the drain. he was tight with money and no one offered him any help.
but fortunately, things could be worse.

kairi cosentino came from a very, very expensive neighborhood. money was never a worry to kairi. his parents had stable, well paying jobs. they were above average and people bowed down to them. they had control over many parts of new jersey and kairi only received the best of things. he never thought of himself as a brat, but many other people thought otherwise.
