Y/n POV Me and Kody were at my house cuddling and watching movies. I had a strong feeling that Maka did go to the police but I didn't want to tell kody yet. If it would affect us having alone time. I thought about it over and over. What if maka does and I lose kody? I mean he was only beating Elijah up.. Then how would everyone feel? Then I knew about it too.. I started tearing up and kody must have saw because he paused the movie. " Babe what's wrong with you?" he said with concern in his eyes " What if... They take you!?" I said looking at him " They won't take m-" Kody was cut off by the doorbell ringing I seperated from him and opened the door to see a policeman " Are you Y/n Okumura?" The policeman asked " Yes sir..?" I said lost " Well we would like to have a small talk with you." The policeman said
Kody POV Hex no.. I saw the policemen at the door and then they are asking to come in? Since it was dark I sneaked into the hallway and hid in her room but cracked it open so I could hear.
Y/n POV I let the policemen come in and turned on the lights and we all sat down. " Alright Ms. Okumura, we have a few questions about this young man right here." The policeman said He was showing me a picture of Kody. " What about him?" I said confused I read his tag and it said ' Barry' Well barry is gonna get nothing but lies. " Well Kody here, he was at a crime scene with his finger prints on it. On the boy, Elijah." Barry said His friend ' Turbo' showed me fingerprints " How would you even get fingerprints?" I mumbled " I heard that all the evidence was burned?" I said confused " Well there was piece of the skateboard that was left there. We used it and found Kody's hand print on it. Elijah was killed by Kody. But it's twice as easy to know he did." Turbo said " How?" I said confused " The camera footage. " Barry said My heart shattered " You were also there at the crime scene. So you cannot hide that you don't know him." Turbo said raising his eyebrow I felt a tear go down my cheek " But he didn't mean to.. Did you even here his side of the story?" I said wiping my tears " We haven't been able to get in touch with him. He hasn't been at home for 2 hours now. Do you know where he would be?" Barry said I felt my heart skip a beat Yeah actually in my house right now! " Not that I'm aware of.." I said twirling my fingers " Any place he would be?" Turbo said I shook my head " Well I'm afraid that I'm going to have to take you into custody. Since you were at the crime scene." Barry said taking out his handcuffs " W-what happened to the small talk?!!" I said backing away " We have a strong feeling your lying." Barry and Turbo said at the same time I shook my head but as soon as they were about to put the cuffs on me I saw them both pull out their pistols. I looked at where they were looking... Kody walking up to them... I stood up instantly " K-kody.." I said He motioned me to come to him so I did. He pulled me into a hug mumbling " I love you with all my heart.. Please don't forget about me..." My heart shattered He pulled back smiling with tears rolling down his cheeks " N-no.." I mumbled He smiled through the pain " I have to, I don't want you going anywhere." he said mumbling back wiping my tears away He leaned in and gave me the most passionate most loving kiss ever. I heard the guns load and he broke the kiss smiling lovingly He let go of me and walked to the policemen Turbo quickly put the handcuffs on Kody as the three of them walked out of the house. I felt my heart shatter and I ran outside and saw them walking to their police car. " KODY!!" Tears over flowed my eyes and I ran after him but Barry stopped me I saw Kody looking at me with the cuffs on him. He put his handcuffed hands on the window and I put mine against his even though he can't feel it. He mouthed ' I love you so much ' and the car started up and I mouthed ' I love you too ' and he smiled I backed away as the car started to drive off. My heart broke into millions of pieces. He promised... But he broke it.. And no one can fix it. I bit my lip hard trying not to cry anymore but I broke down. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I lost him...
