Beach

It was an extremely hot day today, everyone was already exhausted even though the day had barely begun.

Ghirahim woke up annoyed because of the heat and his ac had stopped working last week.

"Why does the sun exist." He mumbled 

He rolled out of bed and just laid on the floor, contemplating his life choices.

Finally he decided to stop being lazy and slowly lifted himself off of the ground.

Ghirahim rubbed the tiredness out of his eyes and walked out of the door.

He flopped himself head first onto his couch.

As he laid there he couldn't help but notice a putrid smell coming from.......himself?

He sniffed his armpit and immediately pulled back in disgust.

"Ew, well I guess it's time for a shower." 

 He rolled himself off of his couch and proceeded to roll all the way to the bathroom.

After he took his much needed shower, he figured he would go out to the beach today because it was far too hot for him to be in his own home.

It took him about an hour or so to be fully prepared but he did it eventually.

"Alright then time to go!" 

He marched all the way to his car despite the blistering heat.

"Ahhh I can't wait to get into some nice, cool water." 

As soon as he entered his car he turned on the ac.

"Is this what happiness feels like?" He sighed contently.

Ghirahim covered his eyes as the sun blinded his vision.

In front of him there were numerous families and children playing in the water and on the sand. Some people had ice cream and water bottles, others brought watermelons. 

"I am so ready to not die from this heat" 

Bag, clutched tightly in his hand he marched over to a spot he found with very few people. 

As he walked he caught a glance of the life guard watching over everyone.

He had beautiful blond hair and a perfectly toned body. His eyes looked like crystal glaciers and he wore a gorgeous smile.

Ghirahim was in love. 

"Holy shiitake mushroom, he is hot " 

If Ghirahim wasn't such a coward he would go over to him. But alas, that was not the case.

He figured he would just admire him from afar.

"It would be a shame not to swim in the water a little, i'll admire him later."

Ghirahim made his way over to the water until.....

"SHARK!!!!!"

Some kid started screaming about a shark and everyone immediately panicked.

The beautiful life guard blew his whistle and told everyone to get out of the water. 

As he ran over to the water to see if there was actually a shark, Ghirahim couldn't help but stare at him.

"Don't worry everyone, there aren't any sharks around here." 

The life guard looked in Ghirahim's direction and smiled. 

"Hey."

"Um hello."

Ghirahim was so nervous, he didn't know what to say.

"I'm Link and you are?"

"Oh right, i'm Ghirahim."

"Cool name." Link proceeded to wink.( hey that rhymes)

Ghirahim blushed.

"Thank you very much Link."

"I'll catch you later?"

"How? We just met and I don't even have your phone number?"

"I could just like, tell you."

"Oh, right." He felt so stupid, he wanted to just crawl into a hole and die.

"Haha you wear your heart on your sleeve you know that?"

They then exchanged numbers and promised to text each other later.

Link had to get back to work so he left Ghirahim alone with his thoughts.

"I really love the beach."
