Darren worried waited outside impatiently when he saw Amber coming out,he approached her.
"Uh, so how did it go" Darren asks

"Idk" amber replied

"What do you mean" Darren questioned again

"Idk but I think she's staying though...I really wanna hate her right now but I can't and its bugging me..ugghh..."Amber replied

"Maybe its for the best"Darren tries to console amber

Amber looks at Darren as they take the chilly morning walk  and says" hey,..uh. Sorry we drag you into all these family thing...."

"Don't be...its okay....its my call I guess...hehe"..Darren replied with  the calmest smile and his faint dimple was visible now as the sun was taking all its time to rise up and rule the day one more time🌄......

"But you know what I cannot believe  all these are happening now..it almost feels like a movie. I feel like someone would say  oh here comes the annoying ads.... You know what I mean?" Amber was expressing her feelings towards the current situation.

"I know this is not my place to say things but I think you should feel lucky. I mean your mom is finally back .Both your parents are healthy as ever and I don't think your dad's ever gonna let your mom walk away again...you can see that by how much he was trying to explain things to you and your sister even though he was kidnapped by your mom...."Then Darren thought about what he just said and laughs out loud....."Hahaha maybe you're right when you said this is like a movie because a woman kidnapping her ex husband doesn't happen often."..and amber finally manages to smile at the joke too

"Yea you're right...ehehe"amber laughs shyly

"Hey Darren? How is your dad and your family now"Amper suddenly asks because Darren mentioned about her healthy parents and she instantly felt guilty when she remembered the condition of his father

"Uhh...they are doing fine  I mean how could they not when you dad pays me so much " Darren answers but dodging the real question"

"Glad to her that.I'll like to meet them some day" Amber tries to be polite though its not her forté

"Ofcourse, I'm sure they'll  be delighted to meet you too" Darren says

After that they continued walking awkwardly  for some minutes without  having any conversation

"Hey Amber?" Darren suddenly asks

"Yea" amber replies

"Don't you think we've walked too far from your home. Do you wanna head back?" Darren asks

"You think we should?"amber asks again

Darren slightly blushes like this was a some question as if she wanted to walk longer with him.

"It's up to you" Darren replies

"Okay let's go back  I think dad would be worried again" amber replies

"pretty sure he will,  he might even choke me to death hahaha."

Let me drop you off and I'll be heading back too"

"I'm so sorry  for this again you can go back now if you want to"Amper offers

"Nay,its okay I like morning air anyway" Darren lies because this is the first time in a long time he's out this early plus he also liked what was happening at the moment.
