"Razer we may have a problem."

"It definitely looks that way." He replies, looking out into the dark hall outside the doorway.

I stand up slowly making sure not to agitate my side to much, as I try not to limp towards where Razer's currently standing.

Razer watches as I walk, his eyes trail down from my eyes towards by bloody side. His eyes widen slightly as he walks towards me.

"What the hell happened to you?!" he yells as he pulls up my hoodie to check how deep the wound is. I hiss slightly as my hoodie is pulled up from my side.

"Why didn't you tell me you were injured!?" he says as he rips part of my hoodie to wrap around the wound to try and stop the bleeding.

I stop him from wrapping my side with my hands and pull out a wrap of bandages from one of the larger apartments from my belt. I wrap my sides enough times so that blood doesn't soak through. I decide to answer Razers question as I wrap.

"It didn't seem like something to worry you with." I answer, as I finish wrapping.

Razer looks at me like I had two heads. I look up at him smiling slightly behind the mask.

"Don't worry Razer, its gonna take more than one knife wound to put me down."

Razer blinks a couple of times before shaking his head at me.

"Your unbelievable, you know that, bloody unbelievable."

"Aww, thanks Razer that's the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me." I say with my hands over my heart.

"Just follow me and try not to get yourself any more injured then you already are." He says as he turns around and starts towards the doorway.

"I've never been one to keep promises Razer." I say back.

He didn't reply, but I could practically hear the eyeroll he gave me.

Each step we take the louder the yells and sounds of shouting get. Razer checks the next conjunction in the hall. Once he thinks it's clear we continue forward.

We were almost to the end of the hall when the yelling and shouting stops. A silence blankets over the darkness, as I hear my heart rate throb in my ear.

I turn around in a 360-degree circle checking every angle possible.

"Razer is it just me or did all the noise just suddenly disappear?" I question as I walk to stand next him.

"It's not just you." He whispers back.

We stood there, waiting. Wondering if the noise would just turn itself back on like a switch. We waited for a while and when nothing happened, we looked at each other.

"Maybe we should go check where the noise originally was and go see what happened?" I say more of a question than a statement.

I see Razer nod beside me, so we made are way back down the hallway.

As we walked further down the hallway, the sense of danger kept popping its head up in my mind. Fear decided to crawl back into my head as we walked.

We came to the end of the hallway. Razer went to check if it was okay but out of instincts, I shot my capture weapon out and pulled him back by his arm.

"What are you..." he started but I cut him off.

"Shut up something doesn't feel right."

I let his arm go from my capture weapon and he walked back over to me.
