⌈ THE WOLVES ALL HOWL ⌋
O thou! O thou!
oh, sing me to sleep with your sweet lullabies.
a starless blanket of blue-black draped over.
the moon ever so stark against the sky,
like a big disco ball to rave-up the nightly festivities.
lost you are in this endless maze of thick moss and trees.
and the mountains echoed, you hear.
over the soft sounds of mother earth,
listen to the splattering gushes of water.
see the winged beauties resting up there.
serene is the wild but you.
there's only pain inside you.
should you wish for a cosmic entity to save you,
disappointed you'd only be.
only does it feel scary when the lurking beasts go pounce.
but say bring the pain,
'cause you are a fighter.
but don't let it find you,
for you still must live.
quickly!
tread the rock and let a howl.
hear ye! hear ye!
and the wolves all howl aa-oooooooh.
