⌈ THROUGH YOUR EYES ⌋
if i could look at me
through your eyes,
maybe i could see
what i can't through my lies.all that's left in me,
nothing worth a penny,
but maybe if you could tell me,
mother,
i could be let free.i've done all stupid things.
i've broken every rule.
i've been the worst
one could have.
i've been so undeserving to you.i wish i could rewind
but time is also cruel.
though nothing can compare to
the way i've disappointed you.yet you persevere.
how don't you hate me, mother?
i've given you more pain than
life could bring you ever.i've driven you to your limits
and tore you to its and bits.
i'm not worthy of your love.
feel free to throw me in the darkest of pits.but maybe if i looked at me
through your eyes,
i might just be able to
forgive all of the lies.and the stupid things i say.
maybe cleanse the pain away.
if i could look in through your eyes,
mother,
i might just be able to
love myself the same way.[INPUT]
