➞The house was filled with cold air.

I had plans though.

I was shuffling through the kitchen cabinets and drawers.
A gift, possibly.

I pulled out a capsule from the pills stash.
"Her prescription!"
Leafy had headaches long before our quarrel, so she was prescribed her own medicine.
Perfect!
I knocked on Pin's room, careful not to burn anything.
"Pin?" I said, in a cheerful voice.
Who opened the door wasn't Pin.
As expected.
"Firey." Someone spoke.
"And to you, as well, Leafy.".
"Funny, I just thought about pouring water on you."
'Damn. How romantic...'
"Okay..But! I have a gift! Let's go to my room."
I grabbed her hand and dragged her to my burnt room.
She still stared at me in shock as i placed her on the bed carefully.
"Leafy?"
She was holding a strange flower. In a cup?
Okay...?
"Hey, Leafy!"
I snapped my fingers and she focused her gaze on me.
"Good! Now." I handed her the prescription.
"Oh. Thanks. Giving me my own prescription." She mumbled.
Well. That worked?
I sighed, similar to Coiny's sigh.
"Okay, being serious."
She looked at me. Gripping the plant tighter.
"You aren't here for that."
"What-"
"Leafy, i'm sorry-! I didn't want to hurt you! It's just..".
I looked at her.
Quite an expression change?
Was I being serious enough??
"God, I hate th-"
"No."
What.
What?
"No?"
She got up from the bed and in front of me.
"No. I won't accept your apology."
I couldn't tell if my flame was dying down or getting stronger.
"You shouldn't make me listen to you. YOU. Should listen to ME. ME AND ME ONLY."
She sat back down, quickly grabbing the flower.
"Sorry Firey. Next time, maybe."
Oh.
Sure.
"Yeah, next time."
She left the room as we both waved goodbye to eachother, me quickly closing the door.
So.
