I got in my bed and closed my eyes
After turning and turning and doing all sorts of things to make me sleep

I finally slept

8 years ago
I was searching for  my brother jackson everywhere...
I checked my bedroom his bedroom and other places .... I could think of

I was passing by the room with the large piano when I saw him

His blond hair, green eyes and he was in his  pajamas

I ran up to my twelve year brother

"Jacky I was searching everywhere for you... what are you doing here "

" I'm recording a YouTube video. ... I really want to be famous " he said pointing to his phone

"Can I be famous with you"

"Of course , just sit here and do absolutely nothing okay"

2 months later
After the music video thingy jackson started acting really weird...
He would ignore me and fight constantly with mommy and daddy

All until today

I was enjoyed mummy's pancakes when jackson came in

"Mom I have been offered a partnership with the famous jayz"

"Congrats hunny so you want to go " mummy asked

"I don't know I'll decide tomorrow " he said looking at me
So later that night I went to his room

"Kat do you want me to go "

"Of course not. ... who would play dollies with me ..... you can go another time "

"Kat don't make it always about you.... you think that I should deny my biggest life time choice just to play dollies with you "

"Yeah .... Our teacher said you just shake your head "

"Kat just go to sleep"

"Okay... but Jacky promise you won't leave me I want my brother to be with me "

He hummed

I woke up the next morning and ran down for breakfast

"Dad you too.... I want to decide on my career and you make it about her "

"You'll say no when they ask .... understand " dad said

"Okay. .."

It was during lunch time that I saw him with his suitcase

"But daddy said you can't leave "

"Well  I'm leaving and don't tell anyone ..... Kat you know how I felt when people threw hate comment after the music video saying I was rude to you ..... then a famous singer picks Me among many to sing "

"But you promised you wouldn't leave " I said starting to tear up

"I lied okay "

"What's all the commotion here" mummy said from the kitchen

"Nothing mom " jackson answered loudly

"Bye Jacky i love you "

"I know "

"You're supposed to answer back "

"Well I don't so I won't "

And he walked out on us on me never to come back

4 years later
I was telling dad to buy tickets to watch Jacky
He left early

I was watching sponge bob with Tyler and maya

Maya was 4 and Tyler was 6

Mum came in and changed the channel

Breaking news dexter Parker has been arrested for first degree murder .... His famous toy company has been shut down

Breaking news dexter Parker has been sentenced to life in prison ... He claims he killed the man and his wife for having the last tickets he wanted to buy for his daughter

"Mom is dad ever coming  back" I asked

"it's all your fault .... first jackson and now dexter. ... don't ever call me mom  .... you understand. ... come on Tyler and maya let's go

And that's how I betrayed my family

Mother tried teaching Tyler manners and took him instrument lessons

But couldn't succeed ... so at 9 years he joined sports to try and impress mo- mother

Maya also started gymnastics but after one major fall she almost lost her eyesight completely

Instead she saw only blurry things that's why she has glasses. ... mother paid a lot of money

At the end mother decided it's best to ignore us....

I woke up at ..... 1:30 a.m

I'm never doing these again.... I opened the door

"Carter I can't sleep "

"Common hop in.... Katie tell me a bit about yourself"

" I'm called Katie and I'm a girl. ...  I'm sleepy" I said yawning. ... I started to close my eyes "carter did you know when I'm sleepy I tell the truth "

I don't know why I said that

"Oh really then tell me .... did you really mean the words you said in the car "

"No I didn't I only said that cause I don't want to drag you into my problems"

And then darkness consumed me
