Anyways today's prom night and the girls are with me

"Please you have to come " chloe begged

"You know I can't plus you guys don't even have dates " I say making a point

"We're going to go as just us ...  It will be like our girls' hangout ... just like old times " she says

"I'll think about it "I say though I know it's a straight no

"We'll be waiting " they said before leaving

"Hey!" Carters voice said from the door

"Hi cart" I say just staring at the ceiling

"Hey hey what's wrong " he asks noticing my mood

"I dunno " I breath out

"You don't know what's wrong "he says confused

"I want you guys to know but I don't want to tell you "

"Why are you nodding " I voice my thoughts

"So you want me to like shake my   head .... wait are you on your period " he says

I do a double take

"You can't just assume someone is on their period " I say standing up and looking directly at him

He then gets all serious

"Now tell me what's wrong "

"I can't " I laugh emotionless "not right now "

He sighs but gives in "then I think you should get ready for prom"

" I'm  not going " I say looking down

"We'll see about that " I see him opening his mouth and I  hastily cover it

"What do you think you're doing " I say giving him a look

It's in between shocked and  confused

"Calling the boys " he shrugs

The idiot just shrugs

"Fine fine I'm going " I say " wait I'm not "

"Why not ? "

"Because " I say looking and my eyes lands on a book called 'bonding'
"Bonding " I say like it's the most realistic thing

"Bonding ?" He repeats

"Yeah with you guys "

I slowly walk downstairs my heels... which I may add are painful ...hitting the floor

I take a pic with each one of them except Blake

"Blake, Katie just take the photo and stop making things weird " dad said who was the camera man 

"How can thinks be not awkward ..sorry won't make me  forgive her" then he storms off

"Uh huh I think I should get going " I say then enter jamie's car
