"Move Lani" I say

"Girl shut up" Lani say "why you always leaving"

"I got a whole job" I say "I ain't on maternity leave"

"But you should be" Lani say making me roll my eyes "I'm going out tonight. You can babysit"

"How the fuck I'm gone babysit if I got shit to handle" I say "gone about yo business" I walk to the bathroom

Lani loves to pick arguments but I'm bored so let me entertain her.

"And if I don't. You know you can watch her for a few hours" Lani say

"Where you going" I ask

"I don't know yet" Lani say making me suck my teeth I walked to the bedroom and she was strolling on her phone "and of you keep showing out for the gram you gone be showing out in the hospital"

"You not even making sense" I roll my eyes

"You dont always have to be half naked" Lani say

"Bitch please" I say

Lani is always half naked!

"We can go out together" I shook my head "get drunk and eat some pussy"

"Bipolar as fuck. What club y'all going to" I ask

"I don't know" Lani say

"I still got errands to run" I say "but just let me know and I might meet y'all there"

"Might" Lani ask

"I have to do stuff to get ready for my trip" I say

"At night? Don't start with me" I rolled my eyes because she was doing too damn much

"I have to get my artist shit together" I say "schedules and shit. Let people know who opening up for who"

"It don't talk that long for shit" Lani say

"Have you ever put together a show or anything" I ask

Lani rolled her eyes and walked off "I thought so"

I heard K crying so I went to get her. I try to pick up all habits. I feel like it makes you a better parent. Although I'm still learning them I know for a fact she cries when she wakes up and nobody is in the room.

"Mama, why are you crying" I ask looking at her "you hungry" I knew she wasn't going to talk back

"Why are you talking to her like that? You suppose to use a baby voice" Lani say

"No. Negative. That's exactly how people kids come out talking like they special. Talk to her regular" I say "I read a study on it"

"You're an idiot" Lani say

"Girl go fuck yourself" I say walking out. I don't know what the fuck her problem is but I'm getting fed the fuck up

"You better be glad my baby in your arms because I almost punched yo dumb ass in the face" Lani say

Yeah yeah. I kept walking to our room and got dressed with K in my arms. I knew she was getting hungry because she kept squirming or maybe I was moving too much and she was getting annoyed.

"Can you make her a bottle" I ask

"You make her a bottle" Lani say "you always want somebody to do something for you"

"A bottle. I'm talking about a damn bottle and you doing too damn much" I say
