Chapter 9: Thanksgiving

~the next day
Maggie: c'mon babe we gotta go to patty's
Nash: why
Maggie: she wants to know what happened yesterday so get dressed
Nash: ok
~At Patricia's~
Patricia: hey guys
Maggie & Nash: hey
Patricia: have you guys eaten breakfast
Maggie: nope
Patricia: I will make you guys some breakfast
Maggie & Nash: ok
~eating breakfast~
Patricia: so how did it happen yesterday?
Maggie: well Nash took me out to dinner and after the dinner we walked on the beach and talked and then he proposed
Nash: you forgot one part
Maggie: what one I think I got them all
Nash: you forgot the part where I told you how much I loved you and how beautiful and perfect you are and that I will always love you
Patricia: excuse me while I wipe my tears from perfect and romantic that sounded. I ship you guys so much
*after they talked and hung out with Patricia, Nash and Maggie went to Nash's place*
Nash: Mags
Maggie: yea
Nash: what would you say about dinner with my parents tonight at their house?
Maggie: I thought this was their house
Nash: it is but they let me use it because I'm their only child so they have their own not so far from here. You will love my mom and dad. My mom is like your girly side, she likes go shopping but not too much and my Dad loves gaming and basically what I like. My dad is awesome and so is my mom. My mom might ask a few questions though because im her baby boy and your gonna be a part of my family soon.
Maggie: that sounds like fun gaming with your dad and hanging out with your mom sound fun
Nash: see that's what I love about you
Maggie: what
Nash: that you put up with me and that if it is something that would be more fun you still go and support me with my every decision, even the huge decision of saying yes to being my future wife
Maggie: awwww Nashieeeeee *kisses* babe im gonna go take a shower and get ready
~upstairs~
Maggie: *calls Patricia*
Patricia: *answers phone* hey future Mrs. Grier whats up
Maggie: nothing much just getting ready for dinner with Nash's parents
Patricia: you know its thanksgiving right
Maggie:crap, I forgot
Patricia: call your parents but I think they would understand it's your first thanksgiving with Nash while you are engaged.
Maggie: alright I gotta go. Happy thanksgiving then.
~At thanksgiving dinner~
*the whole Grier family is there*
Nash:*stands up from chair at the table* hello may I please have everyone's attention. Now so of you may not know about some big news that happened recently in our family. The big news is that me and Maggie are engaged.
Aunt Grier: how did you propose?
Nash: well it was Maggie's 20th birthday and I took her out to a fancy dinner and after we walked on the beach and I proposed when the sun was setting and she said yes
All female relatives: Awwwwwwww
Nash: so I would like to say who I am most thankful this year. That person is my beautiful fiancée Maggie Diamond. Maggie, you light up my world, you make me happy, and you are so beautiful and perfect. You're my Princess. And I'm the luckiest guy on earth because I have the most beautiful girl in the world as my future wife. I love you Maggie *kisses Maggie*
~ After the dinner~
Mrs. Grier: Nash
Nash: yea
Mrs. Grier: I am so happy that Maggie makes you happy. Shes perfect for you.
Nash: im happy too. Me and her are gonna take a nap in my old room because we are tired
Mrs. Grier: ok see you in the morning love you
Nash: love you mom.

A/N: sorry I ended this chapter like this I wanted to do a thanksgiving chapter and I had to go to bed after so I promise next chapter will not have a sucky ending like this.
