SUMMARY
Celeste and Victoire Weasley had always been best friends. They were twins after all, always having each other through whatever. That's what siblings were for.
And nothing would change that. But as they got older, Teddy Lupin happened to be someone that could possibly question it, becoming extremely close with Celeste.
