"The exams are coming up, and most of our peers could just end up dying in the field if they keep on slacking off!" A black haired boy grumbled, clutching his hair.

"Ya know Aizawa you should stop being so uptight, let loose ya know?" A certain blonde spoke, nudging a sleep deprived boy.

"Stop being uptight my ass, people need to start realizing that being a hero isn't something to take lightly!" 'Aizawa' rebutted, snapping his fingers, "I realized this from Shirakumo...we heroes need to act like a hero Yamada, not some shitty fame hungry shithead"

"Shouta, look at me" 'Yamada' gently spoke, holding Aizawa's wrists, "I know the dire situation us heroes are in, but if you want to change others change yourself for the betterment of your health first you broomstick"

"No, he died because I wasn't strong enough. He died because I couldn't handle some villain" Aizawa spoke, clenching his teeth trying to hold back upcoming tears as he clenched his fists looking at the ground.

Yamada grabbed Aizawa towards his chest and hugged him, "It isn't your fault...stop blaming yourself for his death"

Aizawa kept on punching Yamada's chest as he sobbed, "No I wasn't strong enough, I was never enough..."

"No you aren't you were always enough, heck I almost lost my desire to live if I didn't meet you or Shirakumo...but you know what's one thing that's your fault?"

"W-what?"

"You stealing my heart"

Aizawa blushed profusely and looked at Yamada with wide eyes,
"This isn't the right time to confess your feelings to me you idiot." Aizawa mumbled, trying to not flare up while still glaring at Yamada.

"So do you accept?" Yamada asked with hopeful eyes.

"maybe...you know what, you may be just tricking me, I change my mind" Aizawa huffed, pushing himself away from him and walking to the lunch hall.

"Wait no, Shouta come back! You didn't give me an answer yet!" Yamada yelled chasing Aizawa.

"I'll tell you when we're older..."

"That's too long!" Yamada complained exaggerating the word 'too' and 'long'.

"I don't get enough coffee for this thing..." Aizawa mumbled, managing to crack a smile and a very small blush.

HELLO Y/N or whoever is reading this! You are now part of the story as a thank you for sticking with me and a sorry for leaving for so long, but anyway you shall be Salem's best friend! I'll be making a backstory between you and Salem! But I hope you understand that you might not be mentioned sometimes since you will not be in the hero course, instead a neighbor who goes in general studies after playing the spongebob theme song in the training grounds instead of destroying robots.
