No One's P.O.V.
Every Avenger-well, every Avenger except Tony, was in the living was currently sitting and waiting for Fury to debrief their mission. It was super rare for them all to be sent on the same mission together. They usually went in smaller teams or solo for missions.
The last time they got together was when they fought Ultron and that was months ago.
"Where is that son of a bitch?" Fury said annoyed. He came in the avengers tower five minutes ago and even told all of them that he was coming earlier. A few seconds later an elevator dinged and Tony walked out, messed up hair and grease on his forearms.
"What'd I miss and why are you in my living room?"
"So far you've missed nothing because we've been waiting for you sorry ass to get here and I'm here to give you a mission I told you about 2 days ago Stark."
Tony opened his mouth to make a sassy retort, but Steve opened his mouth first before Tony could dig his grave deeper. "What's the mission Fury and why are we all here?"
"The reason that you're all here is that the mission is so dangerous that it requires all of you."
Now even Tony was paying attention. "How dangerous are we talking about?"
"You're going to infiltrate Hydra's Most guarded and dangerous base."
"We're taking Red sun?" Bucky says, naming the most dangerous Hydra base he knew about.
"No. We took care of that a while ago. The base you're taking is called Spielplatz der Teufels or "Devils Playground" once translated. It's been operating since World War two."
"That's impossible. I thought shield and all the others took them out." Steve states. He remembers being told that all the old Hydra bases got destroyed after he woke up from his seventy year nap.
"So did we, but according to the spy we sent in years ago that only few know about it's been operating since then. It holds a weapon called "Weapon X". If it's released it could cause catastrophic damage."
"How much damage?" Tony cuts in.
"You remember how much damage the Ultron would have caused if he succeeded?"
"Yeah."
"It's worse than that."
If you weren't trained or experienced with the Avengers you wouldn't have seen it but they all flinched at that. They all remembered how bad Ultron was. He almost tore the team apart and made the entire human race go extinct. Now they were determined to take down this Hyrda base.
"The plan is for you all to infiltrate the base and take the weapon unharmed. Who knows what could happen if it's damaged. The base is located in the Black Forest, Germany. There are villages in there but not near the base."
"When do we go?" Natasha asks determined to take down whatever sick and twisted plans Hydra has.
"Tomorrow. You all better be up and ready at 0100 hours sharp because the spy we sent in has been executed after he sent the information and we need to get the weapon before it disappears off the face of the earth before it's too late. The entire world is in jeopardy if you fail." Fury turns and leaves.
It's quiet before Clint breaks the silence. "Does he know that it's eight o' clock right now?"
"Then we better get to bed." Steve responds
They all leave the living room, going to their respective rooms with one thought in their head.
'How the hell could this be worse than Ultron?'

So this is the first book in the series and it is pre-civil war, Post-ultron. If you have any questions about this comment or ask me in my message box. If you've read my other book I unpublished the chapters because they were absolute garbage. So when I start working on that it'll be different than the original.
