He couldn't understand what was happening to him, getting all fidgety and flustered everytime he saw her.

He wanted to do nothing but to stare at her all day, following each of her miniscule movements while taking mental notes of intricate details each day. She wasn't special but, why was he heavily engrossed with her daily life?

What was the word? Right, bemused.

The way her [hair color] hair swayed through the soft wind, skin that glistened once hit by sunrays, [eye color] orbs that held limpid innocence once her mind began to wander in the phantasms of her making.

He noticed that the girl often drift to wonderland, always being on her own. But, she wasn't the "outcast," type of student. In fact, quite the opposite. He would see her happily conversing with students, she was loved and admired.

But at times like these, she preferred to bask in the sun's warmth while gladsomely enjoying the tranquil ambiance that the empty classroom has provided her.

And just like any other day, he was watching her -no, floating beside her- Observing and trying to understand the magnetic field that pulled him in.

"Tsukasa-kun?" She called.

She had a soft, almost musical voice.

"Tsukasaa-kun??"

Her fingers were slender and her nails were shaped like an almond.

"Tsukasa-kun!"

Her eyes were the prettiest jewel he had ever seen up close.

"S-sorry, sorry. I was thinking about something hehehehe."

Suddenly he was frozen from his spot -never moving nor uttering a single word. His heartbeat echoed in his ears, pounding so loudly that it seemed to want to escape from his chest.

A moment of silence engulfed the area before the apparition decided to speak once more.

"Nee [name]-chan, can you do that thing again?"

"What thing?" Bewildered, she asked.

"You know, the thing with your lips."

For a fraction of a second, the corners of her mouth twitched upwards, dimples crinkled, teeth perfectly aligned and the warm glow that it gave made him release a dreamy sigh.

"You are such an oddball Tsukasa-kun."

Deep inside, a light made its way to his eyes and spread into every part of him.

"Might as well be your oddball [name]-chan.~"
