It's been a day since I did the most worst thing I could've done in life. Kill somebody.

Well- I don't know if I killed her, but in my heart, it seems like I killed her.

So, i'm sitting here in the hospital pacing back in forth with two guys by my side. "What you did was wrong." one mumbled. I stopped in my tracks and looked at him. "All she did was want to help you. That's all she wanted to do." he croaked. I've never seen a man get so chocked up.. but today I did.

After a few minutes of silence, the doctor came out. The two men stood up. "Well, it seems like she's going to be fine.. but she does need some stictches." I sighed. "We contacted some relatives on her file.. but there was only one. So, he says he's on his way. She's also loosing a lot of blood. So, any chance takers with the same blood type?" We all shook our head no.

"What about the dad?" I asked.

"He doesn't have the same. He told us that. Only the mom.. but, she's nowhere to be found." The doctor said.

"Oh." I said. I felt so guilty then and there. Why did I do that? Then the doctor spoke up.

"What about you?" I looked at pointed at me trying to clarify that she was pointing... at me. "Yeah.. come on just try." she said. "O-o-kay." I studdered and followed the lady to the other room.

When we got to the room, the lady closed the door and turned her back to me. She seemed to be mixing up something, but maybe it was just the needle. She turned around and told me not to move. So, I stood still, and she injected me. But  it wasn't just a needle.. it was something in it. Like a serum. "AHH." I screamed. Then, the two guys from the waiting room came in and shot the lady. I, just sitting there dizzy enough to pass out. "Get Jada!" one screamed. And one kept taking care of the other lady.  I felt arms go under my knees and underarms.

"Jada..Jada" a voice whispered shaking me lightly. I opened my eyes and she was in a hospital robe, her hair tiled back, pale looking.

It was Joey.

I sat up. "What are you doing up?" I asked looking concerned. "Just checking on you." She said. Suddenly, I felt guilty. All these things she's done for me, and I cut her. "Sorry for what I did. I just got carried away finding out all of those things about my mom. I just took the wrong path." She smiled a weak smile. She told me it was okay, but to never do that again because she will fight back next time. I laughed at that. Then I realized something. She was up from her bed. -programmed people are programmed to stay in hospital beds at all times because medicine can mess the system up and it can get crazy.

"Why are you up? Your programmed, they will find you and kill you." I said. "First, i'm not programmed, I was, but I cut the chip out of me.. for you.'' Me? Did she just say me? How did she even know of me? I asked myself. But that was another matter, so I saved the conversation for later. "You should get back." I told her. "Ok!" she said. And she plopped in the bed next to me. "Hello neighbor!" she said. I laughed and we went to sleep.
