Esmè was worried. Max and grace had been off with her and it was making her anxious, she didn't know what to think. She was worried that there was something going on with them, she knew they had history and how. They had lexi together but she didn't think that they would've that to her. Grace was her  sister after all and she and max were in a good place and were happy. Esmè knew even though she had fooled around with tom, she hadn't had sex with him and she needed to keep her distance. She couldn't go back there with Tom. He broke her heart and max treated her right and she knew that she couldn't put herself from that not when she was in a happy and loving relationship with max. Esmè knew that She and Tom were history and that they had to stay history and that nothing could happen between them

Esmè got dressed for work and sighed as she walked down into the kitchen. She saw max and smiled as she wrapped her arms around his waist and hugged him. He turned to face her and smiled as he placed abandon her cheek and kissed her. She kissed him back as the kiss got more passionate as he lifted her up onto the bench top and stood between her legs. Her hand went to his belt undoing it as he pulled her thong off. He pulled her close and pushed into her causing her to moan. She bite her lip as max started to move at a pace that they both wanted. Esmè knew that it was what she needed to be with max and not Tom. She needed to focus on her and max and try her best to stay away from tom clarkson as hard as it might be

Esmè got to work and smiled as she saw grace. She looked to her sister and smiled "did you speak to the lawyer?" Esmè asked as grace looked to her and smiled "yeah, he is really hopeful. I didn't sign anything when Kim took lexi so, he is saying it's manipulation and how she took advance and it could go as a kidnap charge If she doesn't hand her back. Are you sure you don't mind paying for it, I didn't know you had so much money" "I don't mind, your my sister and I want you to have your little girl back with you where she belongs. Don't worry over the money, I can afford it" Esmè said "I'm grateful" "I do need to ask I know you and max had lexi but there isn't anything going on is there?" Esmè asked as grace smiled "of course not" grace lied knowing she couldn't hurt her sister

Esmè sat in her classroom and sighed as Tom walked in "what do you want" "so you and max sec in the kitchen? We use to do it anywhere getting a bit bored are you?" Tom asked as Esmè sighed "just leave me alone, I can't do us" she said as he walked over to her "you can, I know everything about you. All the little things all your pleasures and you can't play happy families with max Tyler forever. I am going to win you back and that is a promise" Tom said before he walked off leaving Esmè groaning to herself in frustration
