He's the oldest child of Clint's and the one to carry on being Hawk Eye even though he's deaf
Clint took him out to teach him how to shoot a bow and arrow and yet when they got to the target practice with the bullseye boards, Leo kept hitting square in the middle so Clint decided to tell him about the new Avenger's rise and how he'd like to see Leo accomplish things as the new HawkEye

Leo is F t M and is sometimes teased for it but he doesn't mind - he's proud of his surgery scars so that's why he wears cut shirts or just tank tops
Of course he's still self conscious sometimes but he tries to put it aside to focus on his new found place in the new Avengers team - along with his fellow misfit friends; Tylar Barnes and Lorenzo Romanoff who he met in a strange way

He's around 6'1 of skinny muscle (if that makes sense-)
He's a lil emo shit who snarks at everyone - even more at Leo cause yknow the boy has a crush lay off
He's an insomniac who lives off green tea and illegally drinking alcohol
His mother is Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow) and he's always been against the world since her death. Even if he looks like he'll break if you punch him, he can take hits quite well despite being a bit skinny
He looks skinny until he sheds all his leather and his sleeveless sweater where he has a four pack and some muscle on his bones (he's just really lanky looking idk)
After Natasha died when he was around 14, he ran away and met Tylar who he ran into in the abandoned subway tunnels where he ran off to. Together, they stole and fought crime at the same time (ironic right?)
He looks hard and angry all the time but when he's with Leo he seems to melt and be all mushy gushy (which Tylar just teases the fu c k outta him for)

Leo, Lorenzo and Tylar all met in the tunnels when Leo was sent to investigate the mysterious disappearance of food in the street markets. He chased the two down into the tunnels where he was ambushed by them. Lorenzo, who'd tackled and pinned Leo, felt something click in his brain since he'd forgotten who Leo was since they'd been friends long ago. He helped Leo up who convinced the two to join the Avengers so yeh :D
