heartbreak is the worst pain a human could feel.
"that's not true." the girl huffs, throwing a single popcorn at the screen of her television. she cuddles herself up in the blanket, cold and alone, with stuffed animals around her. "well i mean- i've never experienced heartbreak before- so like, can't relate, sorry." she deadpans to the nothingness around her, with air being the only one listening to her rambles.
"i thought getting shot is the worst pain." she smiles to herself, watching the documentary of two people waltzing in a rose garden, inevitably in love with each other. "dang do i feel single."
"rosa! come downstairs now!" then there was a yell that shattered all her focus. with a groan, the girl throws her covers out, slipping her cold feet into a pair of bunny slippers before trudging downstairs against her will. only one person calls her with the nickname rosa-
her aunt, who was busy counting money near the counter. "yes?" the girl peeks out from her staircase, only to be met by a pair of frustrated, brown eyes. "what's up, auntie?"
