*Kova's POV*
I heard the witch whispering her spells and I pulled against the chains to see past her. 2 naked people were outside the door and one... Looked like Harmony. Her hair was curlier and her eyes a sea blue rather than Harmony's teal ones. Harmony was smaller than her and her curves weren't as defined. I wonder if this was the sister I had never met. Harper... Next to her was a wolf. I could tell by his stance. Red hair hid his green eyes but like all males of most wereanimal descent he was built and standing next to the girl protectively. Not mated unlike her. A Luna. Where's her Alpha? I looked out the windows hopefully. But I knew the Alpha would be standing with her if he was here. I grumbled and pulled the chains and suddenly the girl looked past the witch and into my eyes. I felt her. I felt all the pleas I've sent to Harmony to be safe and how much I missed her. This was Harper for sure. Her Luna power must have given her the strength to feel me. I struggled harder and the witch used her magic to yank the chains tighter.
"I will kill you. Harper spoke with such clarity that it sang through the air and it was music to my ears
The man snarled at her and shifted
"NO! DON'T SHIFT!" I bellowed as loud as I could
" Jacobi!" Harper gripped the man tightly as he collapsed and the witch laughed as she worked her animal controlling magic on him.
As hard as it was on the body not to shift it was the only way I could keep the witch at bay. She almost had me... She almost had me inside her... Wanting to have my cubs she had tried to seduce me. But I didn't want her. My bear was disgusted with her. I wanted my little bunny. My sweet Hops. I missed her and I loved her and that was what held me strong in hopes one day I would escape.
"What did you do?" Harper stood and stalked forward
"Shift and find out." The witch giggled; May was her name
"Let my Beta go. Let that bear go!" Harper screeched and I felt the anger
"That is one powerful Alpha..." May stumbled back
"Alpha..." Harper smiled and closed her eyes
Jacobi stood suddenly and I feared for Harper's life but he nuzzled her gently
Harper opened her eyes; "he is MY brother. That is my sister's mate. And you will die." Harper suddenly shifted into a beautiful red wolf similar to Jacobi's and she stalked forward.
Obviously she was crazy with rage but somehow May couldn't touch her.
"I have my Mate... I have my pack. I have my Beta. All inside and you can't touch our power. The power the Night's give." I could hear Harper's voice on the wind
"Without me, he'll die. I saved his life!" May kicked at Harped as she dragged her down Jacobi grabbed her neck
Harper met my eyes
I sighed with relief one more time; "I am stronger than her power..." I gave a low growl
Jacobi ripped out the witch's throat.
They shifted and helped me out of my bonds. I was weak from the lack of food and exhaustion and not shifting but I was able to walk.
"Holy fuck." Harper stepped back into Jacobi as they looked up at me
I smiled down at her
"Um... Not to get personal but how have you not killed my sister? That thing alone," Harper gestured to my exposed member; "never mind. Nope, nope, nope." Harper waved me off and walked out the door
"We should burn the witch to be safe." I spoke to Jacobi
"Yea... Dude... Seriously, how have you not killed Bun?" Jacobi was staring up at me with concern
