I opened my eyes to see Damiar leaning over me with a big smile on his face. I snapped back to reality. I sat up and created space between us. Damiar looked hurt by my sudden mood change. " Don't get any ideas Damiar I don't like you" I said trying to look menacing. " Baby, I'm not going to hurt you. I'm here to help you okay?"
He tried to reassure me. " How long till you let me go" I asked looking out the window
Damiar was sitting on the arm of the sofa while I was sitting on the other end.
"I don't know but it's going to be a while, don't worry you'll love it here" he said. He's trying to make it sound like a fucking vacation.
He got up from the sofa arm and walked over to the kitchen counter grabbing a glass of water which he put a small pink pill in. He walked over to me "Drink this" He commanded
"No fucking way" I said flipping him off
"I wasn't asking baby" He said a bit more menacingly
"Go suck a dick Damiar I'm not your baby" I shouted. He looked furious he marched towards me " Drink it" He commanded
"No," I said locking eyes with him
He slapped me. It stung. I wanted to hit him back but I knew he could easily pin me down. I just gave him a death stare and refused to speak.
" Stop being so difficult Cora! " he shouted
"Fuck you" I yelled. Big mistake. He grabbed me by the hand and dragged me upstairs into the bedroom then he locked the door behind him as he left the room.

I heard a loud crash and assumed he threw something. Damiar was really scary when he was mad. I took the time to explore the room. There were two other doors apart from the door leading to the hallway which Damiar locked.
