The flight was long.
Like Jane could have watched the entire Extended Edition of the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and all the special features with time to spare. If it wasn't for the translations, she may have actually gone stir crazy.
Jungkook remained beside her most of the flight. He went over his questions with Jane, but when he wasn't practising those, he was either eating- a sight which was hard not to watch.
Watching a movie - at one point he and Taehyung where watching the same movie simultaneously from their respective seats, messaging the other, or he was sleeping. Mostly he was sleeping. And when he couldn't hold Jane's hand, he appeared to cling to the blanket draped over her and the divider, as though because it was touching her, he was to.
In fact most of the members were sleeping on the flight. Jane realised these flights were likely the most time they'd had to themselves. It can't have helped that her arrival might have added to their exhaustion.
Guilt wasn't a new emotion to Jane. She'd felt it plenty of times, sometimes unnecessarily, but this time it felt well deserved. Her panic attack had done a number on both Jungkook and Jimin.
The latter had been asleep since she woke up.

When she wasn't going over the translations for the interviews, she was walking down the aisles giving her legs a break -the prolonged sitting was doing a number on her legs. Her feet were swelling up which was causing her ankles to throb, even beneath the pain patch. She'd take hand written notes in a note book as she walked back and forth. She liked to write out the translations in pen before typing them up. When she'd initially done this, the band, those who were awake, had jumped from their seats. Concern had been etched into their faces.
She had to smile and tell them to sit, causing curious looks from the other Unnies. Luckily Eunjin was awake most of the trip to distract them from the members preoccupations with Jane's whereabouts.
When Jane wasn't doing that, she was trying to suppresses her anxiety. Because half way through the flight, at 11 hours since she left home, she had to change her cup in the air plane bathroom. And Fate decided that they should hit turbulence just as she dumped the contents, leaving a great red smudge on the inside.
Mortified didn't begin to cover it.
She sat in the bathroom for 20 minutes waiting for the toilet to refill, and then flush it again and again.
Just to remove the trace of herself.
It didn't help that simply spending that long in a bathroom already drew attention in public places. But the band knew she was on her period, Jane just didn't want them to know know.
