Can we all agree that Vik playing the triangle to Beerus was legendary?

Vik sat in the hard plastic chairs that they always had seemed to have at schools. His gaze on the students rushing out of the door to celebrate lunch. Vik sighed as it was the same as his first year, in his last year.

Vik always hid in the shadows and kept his head down, also not wanting to get trampled by several sweaty teens.

After all of the students had scrambled out, he calmly grabbed his books and left, muttering a quick 'thank you' to the teacher.

He stumbled into the crowded corridor, plugging his headphones in, just trying to make his way to his locker. He quickly pulled the hood up of his checkered Primark hoodie before navigating his petite form through the bustling halls.

He neatly placed his books into his locker before grabbing a hefty novel out. He quickly locked his locker before heading outside to read.

Vik always read at lunchtime he never really had to make time to worry about friendships. He never had any in the first place. That didn't mean he didn't want a friend or two to rely on, he just never really stuck with anyone. People were repelled by his timid nature or nerdiness.

He was on his way to his favourite tree. It was a large old willow tree. It's fern like leaves weep over the grass making a shaded spot perfect for a calm environment. It's branches carved so intricately making a small nook, perfect for the ravenette to sit comfortably.

He wondered across the grounds, his eyes averting from the nature to the group of boys sledding down the hill. Sledding on what appears to be a lunch tray from the cafeteria. He couldn't help but giggle at their childish antics but as he drew closer he began noticed who the boys were.

They were the most popular kids in his grade. Actually, scrap that. The most popular kids in the school. It was a group of six boys, their main 'leader,' so to speak was a confident blond haired boy, known as Simon.

He was the star football player as well as the team captain. But Vik didn't know shit about football but knew he was a big deal. All of the other boys played on the team too. But he didn't know too much about them apart from their names and rumors, that he didn't bother to delve into.

He shook his head before delving back into the EDM playing through his headphones. He rubbed at his eyes watching as his shoes padded along the grass.

Before he knew it he was in the line of fire. He didn't know it was happening until he was on the ground eating dirt. He groaned, no longer hearing the music but now he could feel pressure in his back.

He sighed in relief as the pressure grew scarce. He sat up to see a lanky boy lying on the grass, staring right back at him. The other's blue eyes gleamed apologetically but also with surprise. It was Simon. He scratched the back of his neck with a nervous chuckle.

"Uhh, sorry about that."

This was quite unlike the cocky, confident boy Vik had known him as. The blond rose to his feet grabbing the boy's headphones and novel before offering his hand.

"Uhh, I'm Simon. Nice to meet you." He grins, showing off his pearly whites.

"Uhh- urm. Vik." The cinnamon coloured boy whispers, grabbing the boys surprisingly warm hand, being pulled to his feet.

"Alright Vik. Let's get you patched up." He chuckles at the boy's cocked head.

"Your knee is bleeding. I apologise for this but I must say that jacket is revolting." He tuts.

"Hey!" Vik pouts. "It isn't that bad."

"Oh yes it is sweets."

Simon directs the boy to the bathroom, grinning as he realises he is still holding the short boys hand. He sits the smaller down before grabbing a medical kit.

"This may sting a little." He utters, before dampening a cotton ball. He dabs it around the wound before disposing of it. He quickly grabbed an occlusive bandage, gently placing it on to prevent the bleeding.

"All done." He grins, causing the other to crack a small smile.

"Thanks Si." He mumbles, gratefully.

"Sì?" Simon questions playfully, causing the boy's cheeks to flush pink.

"Uh-Uh-"

"It's fine Vikky." He smiles, ruffling the boy's raven hair.

Simon opened his mouth to speak before the bell interrupts him.

"See you around." He farewells, kissing the boy's petite hand before disappearing.

Leaving a flustered Vik all alone in the bathroom to wonder.
