𝕤 𝕖 𝕥 𝕦 𝕡~ 𝕕𝕒𝕚𝕔𝕙𝕚 𝕤𝕒𝕨𝕒𝕞𝕦𝕣𝕒

                         ~ 𝕤𝕖𝕥 𝕦𝕡 ~

"y/nnnnnnn" yui michimiya called to the manager of the girls volleyball team.

"hmm?" you hummed in response as you lived your head up from the notepad you were using to go over the last game. the whole volleyball team was at yui's house for a 'team meeting' that usually was just a excuse for a really big group hangout. the group had been talking about dates, crushes, and boyfriends but you had stayed quite because you have never had any dating experience.

"y/n do you have any crush at the moment?" yui asked you in a pitched voice. you pressed your pen against the temple on your forehead as you thought about if you had liked anyone recently,

"mmm no" you said in a normal tone as you put your arm back in your lap and looked around the room as all the girls were shocked.

comments like 'oh my goodness!' and 'how?!' we're scattered around the room as you sparked a discussion between the team.

"AAAAHHHH I HAVE THE PERFECT IDEAAAA!!" yui squealed as she sat up on the ground and got on her knees to get closer to you, you looked at her with a shocked face as she yelled, "I CAN SET YOU UP WITH SOMEONE!"
you shook your head and said,

"no it's okay i'm not really interested at the moment" you were cut off with another plead by yui,

"pleaseeee he's perfect for you!" she said before you could respond she kept going, "i know him! he's the captain of the boys volleyball team!! he would love you!"

you put your hands out and said, " no really it's okay, i don't wanna bother him"

"if i ask him and he says yes will you go?" she said with a straight face and a full voice at you.

"uh fine" you said back flipping back on the ground.

"YAY!!! i'll message him right now!" yui said with a smile, pulling out her phone.

•flash forward•
your phone buzzed, it was a text from yui, <it's gonna be great! have funnnnnn>
you closed your phone with a smirk and set it down on the lap of your lavender knee-high dress. you were waiting patiently on the park bench by the water fountain where daichi told you to wait. he had gotten your number from yui and invited you to a diner date. as you sat on the bench waiting you tapped the back of your white flats on the terra-cotta tiles on the ground. you were just watching your feet as you tapped them when you head someone clear their through and tap your shoulder softly. you shook and looked up to see a tall mad with a muscular build standing to the side of you,

"are you y/n?" he asked

"daichi?" he nodded and you got up from the bench and said " hi it's nice to meet you!" as you out your hand out,

"nice to meet you too! sorry for making you wait-" he said as you cut him off

"it's okay!" he smiled down at you and there was a few seconds of silence where both of you just looked at eachother. you blinked a few times and snapped out of it and daichi did to.

"um so ready to go?" he asked putting his hand on the back of his neck. you nodded with a smile and you two walked to a small restaurant not far away. it was a new restaurant that had just opened it specialized in american food.

the pair sat down at a table and made small conversation about random things. the waitress came over and took your drink order. after that there was a few seconds of silence when daichi said,

"so your the girls volleyball team manager? how come i never see you around with Michimiya? you smiled and admitted,

"i tend to have my head nose deep in notes about the games so i never really go out wondering with her" daichi chucked and said,

"i see, you should come around more often i'm sure my team would love you"

you blushed a bit at what he said but before you could say anything your drinks came. the waitress took your food order, 2 burgers and left to get your order (sorry idk i just have seemed to forget other popular american restaurant foods)

after you both finished eating, the bill was dropped off and of course, as the gentleman he is,,,, daichi payed for the pair. with more prominent blush on your face the two left the restaurant and went to walk around the town. as you walked down the street you just talked more about random things, getting to know eachother more. soon enough it was dark and daichi walked with you back to your house. when you got there the you stopped on the front step at your house and said,

"thank you so much for today, i have to admit it was very fun and i'd love to do it again sometime" with a smile daichi said,

"thank you too y/n" you turned to the doorknob to open the door but daichi spoke,
"before you go i wanted to ask if we could do this again sometime" yout face for red as you nodded and said,

"i'd like too" daichi smilled back and you went in your house.

less then a minute later you got a text from yui, <soOooOoOo how'd it gooooo. he's perfect right?> you smirked and told her all about the wonderful time you had with him.

right before you closed your eyes to sleep you heard your phone vibrate from your nightstand. you picked it up to see a message from daichi, <is next friday good?>

you quickly responded <perfect! see you then!> before closing your phone and placing it on your chest with a uncomfortable smile on your face
