Chapter 18

Maura's POV

I was rolled away and then was asked before I knew it.

I woke up an was on a cold hard surface.

I felt this sharp pain. something I've need felt before in my life.

I screamed at the top of my lungs, "OWWWW!"

I looked up and saw a surgeon and my stomach was sliced open, I saw all of my insides.

"STOP! HELP!" I yelled.

I looked in the window that I could see and saw Nah and Cameron.

"where's Hayes?" I thought to myself.

"PLEASE STOP!" I yelled.

A nurse gave me a needle and the pain went away and my eyes shut.

Cameron's POV

We heard a scream from Maura's surgery room, Hayes ran there, looked then ran away crying.

Me and Nash went and I know that she is terrified of surgery.

She was in the middle if surgery looking at a guy cut into her open stomach.

she woke up during surgery.

I can't imagine how bad that hurts, we have to go help her.

I tried to open the door but it's locked.

Nash is about to break down crying.

"Nash it's okay, look they gave her more medicine, she's fine now" I said

"imagine how bad that hurts, someone cutting you open with a knife. she's a 13 year old girl, that's gotta hurt really bad" Nash said

We went and sat back down and then Hayes came back in with Gilinski.

"Hayes she's fine now" I said

"I wanna see" he said

"no Hayes" Nash said

"yes" Hayes said and ran for the room.

Nash grabbed him.

"I said no" Nash said

"your so fucking annoyinf, I wanna make sure she's okay. get off of me" Hayes said

"Hayes she's fine. Now stop, she's gonna be out of surgery in like a half hour" Nash said

"fuck you, your such an ass" Hayes said and stormed off.

I went after him.

He sat down and I sat next to him.

"hey bud, I know your worked up, I would be too, your twin sister is hurt, but she's gonna be fine. I don't know why Nash doesn't want you to see her but I respect it. She's gonna want one person there when she wakes up and that's you, you haven't been able to talk to her for 3 months, I know how much you miss her. Let's go in there and sit down and be there when she wakes up and needs us." I said

"Nash put me in a bad fucking mood, he's such a dick" Hayes said

We got up and went inside and sat in the waiting room.

"maura can have visitors now" the doctor said to us.

We went to her room and she was laying on the bed.

"hey" Hayes said and sat next to her.

"hey" maura said

"how was it?" Hayes asked

"fine I guess, I was asleep the whole time do I couldn't feel anything" maura said

She doesn't want Hayes to get all upset and feel bad that she woke up.

"but i-" Hayes said but Nash cut him off.

"drop it" Nash said

Maura just looked at him.

"has mom been here?" she asked

"yeah, she was here for a while, she got all of your back to school stuff, you start tomorrow but you and Hayes aren't going till wednsday so you get 2 days off" Nash said

"I don't wanna leave" maura said.

shit. she's gonna break my heart.

"I know but yous can come visit all the time" Nash said

"you guys are quiet and I don't like it" maura said to all of us except Nash and Hayes.

"HEY!" taylor yelled.

"GUYS!" maura yelled

"what?" we all said

"I'm gonna have a scar and your gonna see it when I wear a bikini what the heck!" she said

"they have this scar cover up thing you can use" Nash said

"mkay" she said

"I wanna get out of here" Hayes said

"same" maura said

"you guys are able to leave, I just wanna talk to Nash" the doctor said then they went out in the hallway and I went to get changed.

I walked into the bathroom with my clothes, this is really hard because my stomach kills and I can't pull my hurt over my head, I need help.

I have a sports bra on so it's find and I already changed my pants.

I tried again and it hurt so bad I started like crying.

I cracked the door and stuck my head out.

"I need help" I said

Hayes came to the door and pulled the shirt over my head then put another one over my head.

"there ya go" he said

I walked out and put on flip flops.

"ready?" Nash asked as he came back in.

"YES!" I yelled

We all got into cars and drove back to Nashs.

I walked in an opened my arms, "it's good to be home" I said and then ran up to my room.

I have this thing where it really bothers me when my room is messy and things aren't straight and in place so my room is always spotless.

It was still spotless, they're lucky.

I took a shower and needed Nashs help getting my shirt off but I was wearing a sports bra so it was fine.

I got everything off and then took a long shower and then got out and got changed into sweats and a hoddie, the loose cloths feel good especially on my stomach where I had surgery.

I opened the door and Hayes was sitting on the ground right outside of it.

"you take long showers" Hayes said

"I know, an I'm really tired" I said

Hayes stood up and hugged me and started crying.

"mar, I missed you so much. I had nothing to tell you because I was by your side the whole time. but I need my twin, you scared the shit out of me, 3 months, all that I was allowed to do was hold your hand. I haven't hugged you in 3 months, that's too long. I understand if you don't wanna go on a tour again, but next time you won't be left alone, I promise. I love you" Hayes said as his Chin was on my head which was on his chest as we hugged.

"I love you too hayes" I said and e just stood there hugging, we both love hugs.

We felt someone's arms wrap around both of us and it was Nash.

"grier love" cam said

"it's cute" JJ said

"your making me miss sierra, stop" cam said joking around around about the stop part.

I left the Grier hug and hugged Cam.

"i would miss her too" I said

"thanks" he said

"now I'm going to bed so good night" I said

I went imy my room and laid done then Hayes laid next to me.

We laid up and talked about stupid stuff and we both eventually fell asleep.
