Arold couldn't believe his eyes at the sight of her for he really thought that she had disappeared for good but little did he knew that she disappeared only to re-appear as his death. Fear crept over him as he swallowed hard and started sweating.

"H-how come you are still alive?" He stammered.

"Oh Tata, you know you won't get rid of me that easily. After all, I'm a vampire." She smirked.

Anger built inside of him as he snatched away one of the guards' sword and charged at her but like the previous time, he ended up face-first on the ground, earning a chuckle from Azira and Alexa.

He balled up his fists and lifting himself off the ground, he lunged at her again. Seriously, couldn't he just admit that it was useless and very stupid of him?

"Drop it before you hurt someone, Tata. And by 'someone', I mean you." She rolled her eyes, pointing at him.

"I do not take orders from you, leech. So, keep it to yourself!" He spat at her.

At being called like that, Azira balled up her fist and slammed it square in Arold's face but that made the guards draw out their swords and spears, earning a warning growl from the vampiress. Alexa, who never tolerated any insult directed at her master for being sired to Azira, she was fiercely loyal to her, decided to affront the guards while Azira dealt with her excuse of a father.

"My name is Azira! If you hate it that much, you should have thought twice before naming me like that, Tata!" She gritted out, firmly gripping his collar.

She released her hold on him and pushed him to the ground where he landed square on his behind. Since he fell with a loud thud, some of the guards rushed to his side to help him while the others encircled the two vampiresses.

Just like Arold, the fellow humans were equally stupid for they also basked in the illusion that they could defeat creatures that were much stronger and powerful than them but sadly, Azira and Alexa were mere seconds of proving them wrong. The guards knew that they were no match to them, especially Azira as they were well aware of her capabilities for she spent her entire life showing it to them but the damn fools never learned anything from it.

But she didn't mind doing it all over again as she enjoyed it as fighting with them or teasing them represented some form of entertainment and exercise to her.

"Missing our playtime already, huh?" She smirked.

At her words, the guards charged at her but before they could even lay their hands on her, they were sent flying across the room as Azira telekinetically slammed their bodies against the walls. They fell face-first on the ground and the painful groans coming from them were like music to her ears.

But as they said, the apple didn't fall too far from the tree for a few of the guards pushed themselves off the marbled floor and ran toward Azira, their hands wrapped around their swords and spears. Azira too lunged at them but without any weapon to defend herself though for she was strong enough to fight with bare hands. Alexa mirrored the guards' action, took out her sword and charged at them, the clinging sound of metals echoing throughout the room.

One after the other, the guards attacked the two women but they didn't give up even if they were outnumbered for they fought with all their might. The guards mainly focused on Azira because they didn't know Alexa and considered her master as the major threat.

She slammed her fist in one's face, her eyes scanning the room for her father but he was nowhere to be found and it was clear as the day that he fled away.
