"M-mei..." Vix mumbled. Mei snarled at the villagers and let out a mighty roar catching everyone's attention. Including Yuzu who recognized the roar herself

"She's after me! SHE'S GOING TO KILL ME!" Yuzu cried as she tried to hide
"Yuzu! No!" Ortho said

Ortho turned around seeing the window and his eyes widened seeing the beast

"Get everyone away! Quick!" Vix ordered and Mei only roared as she was out of control. Her ears perked up and turned around seeing the culprit who threw the acid at her. Her eyes glowed before using her shadows and grabbed Phila
"Aaah! Let go! Let me go!" Phila exclaimed as she struggled to get away from the werecat. The werewolf guards arrived at the scene and trembled at the sight of the werecat

"Wait! Arch! Don't attack her!" Vix exclaimed as he ran up to him
"If we don't do anything then people will get hurt!" Arch said
"But if you attack then you'll only provoke her!" Vix said
"STOP CHATTING AND SAVE ME!" Phila exclaimed
"It's your fucking fault for throwing acid!" Vix growled
"HELP ME!" Phila shouted
"Attack!" Arch ordered and the werewolves shifted into their form as they howled. Vix shifted into his tiger form and roared at the werewolves trying to stop them. He turned around seeing Mei and let out a roar catching Mei's attention. Mei's ears perked up and turned around seeing the tiger. Vix roared again as if he were challenging her. Mei pinned her ears back as she roared at him while releasing Phila. Vix started running away and kept roaring at her
Come on! Come and get me!
Mei roared and started chasing after the tiger. Vix ran away from Mei and trembled knowing she was getting close

Mei opened her mouth as she tried attacking the tiger until she felt a whip then cried in pain as a panther attacked her. Mitsuko bit on her ear hard as she tugged on it. Mei growled and rolled on the ground pinning Mitsuko down. Vix turned around and noticed Mitsuko

Vix started running as his fur began to glow releasing an electric charge and opened his jaw as he bit down on Mei's hind leg. Mei felt an electric shock and kicked Vix on the face making him fall. Vix shook his head as he looked up seeing the werecat. Mei growled and jumped on him but Vix backed up. He roared at her and Mitsuko stood back up on her four feet. She ran up to Mei as her eyes glowed creating an illusion. Mei's ears perked up as she saw a blonde girl beside her. Her eyes widened and trembled as she shook her head
Y-yuzu? Is that you? Yuzu! Yuzu!
"Mei! Please calm down!" Yuzu said as she held her hand. Mei stepped back and wagged her tail. She rested her body on the ground and purred while pinning her ears down
Yuzu...it's her...really her...
"VIX!" Mitsuko shouted. Mei's eyes widened and Vix tackled her as he jumped on her back. Mei growled as she turned around to face him and bite him but Vix pierced something on the back of her neck. Mei's body wobbled as she began to lose consciousness. She blinked a few times and pinned her ears down as she fell to the ground. Her body glowed and soon her body shifted back to normal as she fell asleep
"Mei!" Vix said and ran up to her. Mitsuko got rid of the illusion and ran up to them
"Is she okay?" Vix asked
"She's just unconscious but...it seems she is in her form" Mitsuko said. Vix held Mei and noticed her body
She's grown a bit and both her ears and tail are...a werecat
"So...are you saying she has unlocked her soul?" Vix asked
"Maybe..." Mitsuko said. Vix looked at her face and noticed nothing wrong with it
"Thank god. She is okay" Vix said as he sighed in relief
Her soul must've helped her cure the injury. That fucking bitch...she deserves to burn in hell
"What caused this to happen?" Mitsuko asked
"Remember the slut that was with Mei's mate?" Vix asked as he carried Mei in his arms
"Did she attack her again?" Mitsuko asked
"Yes. I bet she poured acid on her face since Mei was in pain but I'm glad she is safe now" Vix said
"Vix!" Arch said as he ran up to him
"Yes sir?" Vix asked
"The Queen asked to bring the Aihara back inside the castle where she will be safer" Arch said
"What will happen to that bitch?" Vix growled
"We took care of her. She's been thrown to the dungeon and will spend 10 years in prison for her consequences. Though...we're not so sure if they'll be executing her" Arch said
"Execution?" Vix asked and flinched as Mei began to groan
"We'll talk more about that later. Right now we need to take her inside" Arch said
"Sure. Are you coming?" Vix asked as he looked at Mitsuko
"No. I still have to deal with my sister who is trying to get along with her mate" Mitsuko said
"Ah okay. Also thank you so much for your help. I really needed it" Vix said as he smiled
"You're welcome. You're lucky I came here just in time or else you would be her meal" Mitsuko said
"Yep! Bye and see ya around" Vix said as he walked away with Mei in his arms.
I hope she is okay...
Mitsuko's ears twitched and walked back to the village where the crowd started to murmur and tremble a bit
Shit...now we have to deal with this shit
"Mitsuko! Are you okay? What happened?" Harumin asked
"You didn't see anything, did you?" Mitsuko asked
"See what?" Harumin asked
"Mei finally unlocked her werecat soul..." Mitsuko said
"Wait! Does that mean she can now use her power?" Harumin asked as she looked at her sister surprised
"Yes. She's able to use more of her powers but I'm not sure if she'll be able to master them" Mitsuko said
"How did she unlock it though? She's done everything to try and get it out" Harumin said
"Someone attacked her with acid..." Mitsuko said
"A-acid? Who?" Harumin asked
"Who do you think? The one person who hates her guts just because she took her mate away" Mitsuko said

"I don't get what's her motherfucking problem. She should just give up or else she'll only cause more problems for herself" Harumin said

"Take her away" Harumin said
"Uh what? Take her away?" Mitsuko asked as she raised an eyebrow
"Take that Yami bitch away from Matsuri. If we keep them away then Matsuri will be with me and I will have her all to herself. And you can keep Yami or Maruta or whoever she is to yourself and find out the truth" Harumin said
"You really think that would work?" Mitsuko asked
"Of course it'll work. Besides...don't you want her?" Harumin asked. Mitsuko looked at her and nodded
"Alright then but you will help me rignt?" Mitsuko asked
"Of course. What are sisters for?" Harumin said as she smiled
"Heh well then you better do your job right" Mitsuko said
"Heh of course" Harumin said

"She's going to hurt me!" Yuzu whimpered
"Yuzu...please look at me" Ume said as she held Yuzu closely. Yuzu whimpered and lifted her head up seeing her mother's kind eyes

"Queen! I'm sorry for interrupting but...she's here. She's with Vix. Where do you want us to take her?" Arch asked
"Yuzu stay here okay? I need to go" Ume said as she stood up and walked out the door
"Ortho, take care of her. I'll be right back" Ume said before she walked out the room
"Of course Auntie" Ortho said as he nodded
"I must take care of a few things. Okay follow me" Ume said as she guided Vix. Yuzu caught a glimpse of Mei and her eyes widened seeing her unconscious
Wh-what happened to her?
"Hey Ortho. What happened to her?" Yuzu asked
"She passed out from all that. They're taking her to another room so don't worry. She won't be coming here" Ortho said
"A-ah okay" Yuzu said as she looked down. Ortho looked at her and laughed a bit
"Are you worried about her?" Ortho asked
"Wh-what?! Worried about an enemy? Of course not!" Yuzu said
"Hehe yeah right. I saw that look" Ortho said
"J-just forget about it..." Yuzu said as she looked away

Meanwhile the Queen found a spare room to leave Mei to rest
"Put her down here. I'll go speak with the King about this. Arch get the Royal Guards to guard around the Kingdom just in case" Ume said
"Don't worry your highness. I've already ordered the guards to patrol the entire castle" Arch said as he bowed down
"Thank you Arch and please keep an eye on Mei. We don't know how her soul will react once she wakes up" Ume said
"Of course your highness" Arch said. Ume walked out the room and Vix sighed
"Do you want go stay?" Arch asked
"N-no. It's best if I step out or else they'll suspect something..." Vix said as he walked pass him and stepped out the room. Arch looked at him and stepped out as well
"Hey...are you still in lo-"
"Shut up!" Vix said as he raised his voice and trembled. Arch only sighed and nodded
"I see. You still need time. I'll go on patrol an-"
"Baka! You're an idiot!" Vix said
"Hey calm down. I wasn only tryi-"

"I liked you back but didn't want to say anything since I wanted to see how long it would take for you to confess to me" Arch said. Vix growled as he pinned his ears back while his face reddened
"Idiot! I hate you! I was scared and nervous! I thought you would reject me!" Vix said as he kept hitting him. Arch laughed and held his hands softly while smiling softly
"Don't treat your mate like that" Arch said as he leaned in. Vix blushed deeply and got close to his face
"Vix?" Someone asked. Arch and Vix turned around seeing the younger Kaiser brother. Vix's eyes widened as his heart stopped and trembled
"S-sen?" Vix asked. Sen stood there trembling and clenched his fists tightly
This...is a prank...right?
"Hey Arch...mind leaving us alone for a moment?" Vix asked
"Sure" Arch said before giving him a soft kiss on the cheek which made him blush. Vix smiled a bit and Arch walked away fron the brothers. Sen watched him leave and looked back at his brother
"So...you're like the rest of them...a disgusting thing" Sen said. Vix kept his head down as he trembled
"Let's head to the arena...and talk" Sen said
