They were hanging onto every word she shared, every lie she said.

Rosalina's body went still ask she listened to the loud banging noise of someone knocking on the bathroom door and then it stopped. Instead of opening the door Rosalina just stood there frozen till that someone knocked again. When the knocking started again she quickly turned off the water and grabbed one of the peach colored towels off the wall to wipe the water from her face.

After she was done Rosalina dropped into the floor and began to mop up the water that had fallen with the towel. The person who was knocking had stopped and it sounded like they had walked away.

Rosalina couldn't just leave the bathroom not only was it a safe haven for her, but it would be hard to explain the puddles of water to Noah next time he or anyone for that matter came into the room. She reached down under the sink and pulled out two more towels to use for the bathroom's floor.

Rosalina was so busy trying to dry the wet floor with the rather damp peach towels she didn't even notice that the somebody who was knocking had stopped and went to get a key. A key that unlocked the bathroom door.

That somebody was now standing in front of the newly opened door and stood there holding both sides of the door frame so they wouldn't fall. Their breathe was very on even and their whole body was shaking like a bucket of ice cool water was dumped over them.

That somebody was looking like a psychopath, like a predator who had finally caught up with their prey, like a fox that went all the way down the rabbit burrow to reach the bunnies who were down there.

That somebody was Noah.
