He's a biological son of the Third Overlord who went *poof* along with his tower which caused a massive detonation and destroy quite a large area from magic explosion of the Tower's Heart causing a strange plague that has reached all magic beings in the area.
His skin is in cobalt color with white marking which may symbol that he was also reached by this strange plague since this a symptom of all infected. His is bigger than his father and as stated all humans , towering over everybody. He has immense strenght and amazing magic capabilities which may also be because of the plague.
He 'doesn't speak'. It's unsure if it's because he can't or if he just believes that people do not deserve to hear his voice. Despite being a BBG and essentially the true Evil of Eostia in physical form he enjoys company of his minions and his soon-to-be-mistresses.
