Chapter 10:

Mya's Point Of View:

"Chiron! I don't know what to do, or how to tell her! Just because I'm her best friend doesn't mean I have to take the responsibility!" I argue.

"Mya, the only reason I'm asking you to do it is because if either Percy or Nico or even Annabeth try, she will not listen! You are the one she trusts the most! These were strict orders from Poseidon and Hades!" Chiron says wrinkling his forehead and looking at me gravely.

"I can't tell her that! She'll think I'm jealous or something! Our friendship will be ruined! And what about Nico huh? He actually warmed up to her and now this?" I say still not convinced. This is not right!

"Nico doesn't know yet! His father will inform him, but for now, just try to... you know..." Chiron says.

I hesitate before sighing. I nod my head sadly and walk out of the room.

What did Nico and Alex do to deserve this?

I know only one person who can fix this.

Percy's Point Of View:

I sigh as I think about what Mya had just told me a few minutes ago.

Why would dad agree to this? More importantly, why would he do this to Alex? She was finally happy!

And Hades! He's another problem! Sometimes, I hate the guy more than Hera or Gaea or Zeus or... Well, you get my point.

I've got to talk to dad about this before he hurts Alex. And Nico.

Alex's Point Of View:

I blush heavily whilst looking up at Nico and saying,"Oh hey Nico! Didn't see ya' there!"

Nico smirks and puts me down with my hands still on his chest. His eyes looked extra cute today. Wait... can eyes look cute?

Piper says,"Well, I don't want to kill you anymore!" and walks away winking at me. Leo, Connor and Rachel also fled the scene leaving just di Angelo and I.

"I think you should watch where you fall," Nico says smiling.

I blush even more (if that's possible!) and look at him in the eye and said,"Well, I hope if I do fall, your always there to catch me."

My hands are by now removed and I'm standing only a few inches away from him.

His eyes widen and he looks stunned for a moment.

Shit! Why did I say that?

He's about to reply when Mya comes running towards me looking worried.

"Alex! I really need to talk to you!" the urgency in her voice was enough to make me know it was important.

"I'll see you later Nico!" I say smiling at him and walking away.

Mya then mutters something along the lines of 'not after I tell you this' and I choose to ignore it.

We stop once we're far away from Nico and I look at her expectingly.

"Oh, you are not going to like this one," she says worriedly and looks at like she's about to drop a bomb.

And oh gods. Does she drop a nuclear bomb.
