TAX: Mackabee Innocent has declared a new tax rate! Every lord must pay 1/4 of their income per month! What does this mean for the Lords, if they decide to pay taxes?
1. King Samael will still be able to make upkeep, but he will only find a profit of 1 gold
2. Lord Matthew will be unable to make upkeep. He should get rid of about 20 troops if he wants to avoid bankruptcy.
3. Lady Fiona will be unable to make upkeep. She should get rid of about 39 troops if she wants to avoid bankruptcy. (If she decides not to pay taxes, she should still get rid of about 23 troops to avoid bankruptcy.)
4. Lady Viola is in Ravenstern so she gets to keep all of her money.

THE GREAT TOURNAMENT: The Great Tournament will begin on Month 27. All knights should try to do as many quests as possible until then.

KNIGHTS OF SARLEON: It's time to give the greatest knights of Sarleon their titles. Each lord may bestow a title onto 2 knights (such as "Sir Barduk the Brave" or "Dame Teresa the Just"). These titles should be in medieval theme (I'm watching you -_-) and related to the knight's accomplishments during the war.

OATH OF THE DRAGON: Dame Siora, Dame Solstice, and Lady Viola have all sworn the Oath of the Dragon, pledging to follow the code of morals laid out by Lilith the Eternal, the last dragon. Dame Siora has been chosen by Lilith as the Dragon Champion of legend, giving her a special connection with the dragon, and the title "Dame Siora Amaren of the Dragon". Both Dame Siora and Dame Solstice are now members of the virtuous Order of the Dragon, a knightly order, and may now complete Dragon Quests. Lilith the Eternal has chosen Ravenstern as her resting place, due to Lady Viola's swearing of the oath.
