TAX: A new tax rate has been set at 0 awhile ago and the council of admins forgot to change it! It came from an agreement between Queen Catherine and the Mackabee.

SARLEON: The peasant council is now in control of Sarleon. They allow Lord Beckham and Lady Fiona to supply a maximum of 20 gold/month to Lady Viola for the war effort. Their forces will not be allowed to intervene unless told otherwise.
