this will be your side this time =)

~SIX WEEKS LATER~

You are sitting on your friend's couch, hiccuping and crying. Your friend said that you could stay with her to help with the break up. You've been doing nothing but crying and eating for six weeks. Your friend was out getting some food. "Six weeks since I've been away, and now you're sayin everything has changed, and I'm afraid that I might be losing you." you sang quietly. "And every night that we spend alone, it kills me thinking of you on your own, and I wish I was back home next to you." You stood up. "Oh, everyday, you feel a bit further away, and I don't know what to say." You walked over to the window and sang louder. "Are we wasting time, talking on a broken line? Telling you I haven't seen your face in ages, I feel like we're as close as strangers. Won't give up, even though it hurts so much. Every night I'm losing you in a thousand faces, now it feels we're as close as strangers." You looked at your phone, all the texts that you sent to Hiccup and Jack. All the calls. Another tear rolled down your cheek. "Late night calls and another text, is this as good as we're gonna get? Another timezone taking me away from you." You looked at the pouring rain outside the window. "Living dreams in fluorescent lights, while you and I are running out of time. But you know I'll always wait for you. Oh, everyday, you feel a bit further away, and I don't know what to say." With tears falling freely, you sang louder. "Are we wasting time, talking on a broken line? Telling you I haven't seen your face in ages, I feel like we're as close as strangers. Won't give up, even though it hurts so much. Every night I'm losing you in a thousand faces, now it feels we're as close as strangers." Your eyes were now red and a bit puffy. You rested your body on the cold wall. "On the phone, I can tell that you wanna move on. Through the tears, I can hear that I shouldn't have gone. Every day gets harder to stay away from you, so tell me..." You stood up and looked at the roof. "Are we wasting time, talking on a broken line? Telling you I haven't seen your face in ages, I feel like we're as close as strangers. Wasting time, talking on a broken line. Telling you I haven't seen your face in ages, I feel like we're as close as strangers. Won't give up, even though it hurts so much. Every night I'm losing you in a thousand faces, now it feels we're as close as strangers." You walked over to the couch. "Six months since I went away, and I know everything has changed. But tomorrow I'll be coming back to you." You collapsed on the couch. "I don't think you'll be seeing them tomorrow." A voice said.
