At the very end of FNaF: Pizzeria Simulator, there is an image of gravestones. According to the books, the words 'Beloved daughter Charlotte Emily' and '1980 - 1983' are inscribed onto it. Henry's daughter Charlotte was murdered by William in 1983, and this series doesn't do coincidences. Therefore, Emily is most likely Henry's surname, too.
