E P I L O U G E

"Cameron! Peter! Kaylee!" I yelled upstairs to my three children. "Dinner!"

"What's cooking, good looking?" Zack asked coming through the front door.

"Daddy!" Kaylee said running up to him.

She was the youngest of the three.

"Hi baby" he said picking her up and bringing her into the kitchen.

"How was work?" I asked stirring the pasta.

"It was good, how about for you? Win the case?" He asked sitting kaylee down in the high chair.

"Yes, I actually did" I say.

"Congrats babe" he says kissing my forehead.

I was a successful lawyer.

"Mom, tell Cameron that he can't hog the Xbox!" Peter complains.

He was the middle child.

"Cameron, please give your brother a chance with the Xbox" I said to my oldest son.

"But mom-" he started.

"Listen to your mother please" zack cut in.

I raised my eyebrows.

"But right now please set the table, dinner is almost ready!" I said.

Cameron helped Peter set the table.

I serve dinner and our family eats while talking about our days.

"I colored a picture it's in my backpack!" Kaylee cheers and claps her hands, she was only in pre school.

"I got a b+ on my history assignment" Cameron shrugs.

"Good Job!" I smile.

Cameron was a sophomore in high school and me and Zacks first child.

"I got an A in math" Peter smiles, he was in 8th grade.

He was the smart one.

"That's my boy!" Zack high fives him.

"You mean, Mommys boy" I laugh at Zack "I don't think I've ever seen an A on your report card back in high school"

He shrugs and we continue eating.

After dinner me and Zack clean up and the kids go to finish some of there homework.

"Our anniversary is coming up" Zack smirks.

"Yeah, I can't believe it's gonna be 15 years!" I laugh.

"Yeah, it's crazy" he says.

"15 years and I'm still married to the same guy I first fell in love with back in high school" I smile leaning into place a light kiss on his lips.

I softly kiss him.

"I love you" I wrap my arms around him.

"I love you too" he kisses my forehead.
