*a few weeks before being turned*
It had been a week since they met and they have never been happier. The loneliness Kira felt had faded away. The twins and Kira were grateful that they met that day since they got a friend. The three had chosen an area to meet up at which became their favourite spot.

*Kira's POV*
Me, Jane and Alec were talking in our favourite spot, enjoying the sun in the sky. We were talking about our lives.
"Why does everybody fear your parents?" Jane asked curiously.
"My parents are quite wealthy, and they threaten everybody. They are quite mean and rude. They are never in town, so they never spend time with me, and they ignore me," I replied.
Both Jane and Alec looked at me with a sympathetic look. "Oh. We apologise," they both said in unison.
"It is not your fault, so you do not need to apologise," I corrected them.

They spent the rest of the day talking until they had to go back to their cottages. They said their goodbyes and went home.
