Skills/abilities/powers: master tracker and is also a master at parkour. He has a heightened durability and agility making it easy for him to take more punishment in battle and also to get to greater heights. His metal hand can do many things as well it can scan any thing in the environment by touching it and can replicate any and all other hand or finger prints. Rex has a healing factor enabling him to heal form most damages almost instantly. His arm is also indestructible made from something that death stroke discovered. He is quite adept at multiple forms of martial arts some that have been long forgotten. He can hold his own against the titans but it is hard for him to defeat other opponents that are better than him like Batman or others.
Backstory: death stroke took everything from Rex it only did Slade kill Rex's entire family by death stroke also kidnapped him as a small child and mind controlled him and forced Rex to do things... to kill people. After so many years Rex escaped at the age of nine Rex escaped the infamous death stroke and was manipulated by a chip that death stroke implanted in Rex's fake left hand to control his body and attempted to force Rex into killing the titans and luckily they defeated the nine year old.
