The Cage

The big red fluffy blanket

Sam woke up freezing he was so cold but couldn't find a way to stay warm he sat there at the bottom of the cage shivering. Sam was so cold he couldn't stop his body from shaking. Sam saw a shadow move across the cage then a big fluffy red blanket was draped over Sam then the shadow was gone. Sam was confused but he couldn't help but burrow his face into the blanket and feel its warmth. He really loved that blanket he couldn't help but smile. But his smile disappeared when he saw Michael in front of him. Then Michael picked up Sams blanket and said "where did u get this" "I don't know" Sam replied in a small shaky voice. All of sudden Lucifer appeared and said "get away from him Michael." "Why are you protecting this little pathetic worthless thing that locked us both in here." Michael said in a demanding voice. "That's not important just him alone Michael or else!" Lucifer said before flashing his red eyes. With a flap of wings he was gone and Sams amazing blanket he got was on fire and torn. Sam frowned a little and laid back on the floor and began to shiver again. Lucifer walked over to the blanket and used his angel powers to fix it then he put the blanket over Sam and said "I fixed your blanket Sam" with a small smile on his face. As Lucifer tried to walk away Sam grabbed Lucifers hand and pulled him to the ground and said "will u sit with me please" Lucifer nodded and sat next to Sam under the big red fluffy blanket. Sam then looked into Lucifer eyes witch were the most beautiful shade of blue Sam swears he could see the ocean. Then Sam said "Um Lucifer?"
"Yes Sammy" lucifer said kind of nervously. "Thank you for everything." Sam said with tears in his eyes. Lucifer nodded and hugged Sam holding him in a tight embrace. Then Sam without thinking laid down and put his head on Lucifers lap. Lucifer smiled and moved the hair on Sams face and tucked it behind his ears. They stayed like that for a bit until Sam slid off Lucifers lap and fell asleep. Lucifer moves form the blanket and kissed Sams forehead then tucks Sam in completely and leaves Sam to sleep.
