As the crime of Starling City begins to grow at an unsettling rate it is obvious that someone must come to fix it, but who? That's what everyone is wondering.
Along with the arrival of the presumably dead Oliver Queen a green hooded vigilante has made it to the streets, and some people in the Glades are beginning to take matters into their own hands. One including a blonde seventeen year old Glade girl with a mask and some conveniently impressive knife skills.
But when the two masked justice warriors cross in a dangerous situation, they must decide whether they will be allies, or enemies.

So I know this is a really shitty prologue thingy but I felt that I needed to put it here before I go into random plot line. So. Sorry this sucks but I promise it'll get better. :)
