Chapter IX: Bad news

*Ruby's POV*

We were in the ruins as Y/N looked at the cages interested.

You: "Hmmm..."

Ruby: "Y/N?"

He shook his head as he looked at me.

You: "Huh? What is it?"

Nakamura: "Did you fugure something out?"

You: "Well... yes."

Yang: "What is it?"

You: "I remember that the first thing Merlot taught me were colors of the vials... their marking at least."

Blake: "What do you mean?"

You: "Every vial was supposed to be used on different grimm type."

Weiss: "How could you know so easily?"

You: "There were colored papers on the vials I made... Merlot made me do more types at once so I marked which is for what grimm with this paper."

Ruby: "That's amazing... but what does this have to do with the cages."

You: "Look at the logo color." I looked at it... there was a white M on all of the cages but Y/N was right... the line around it was colored differently.

Ruby: "I see it... the lines around the M have different colors."

You: "Yes those colors are the same as the papers I used."

Blake: "So... who are these colors for?"

You: "Green is for creeps, blue for beowolves, red for deathstalkers..."

Nakamura: "I see... hmm... let's have a look around if we won't find different colors."

You: "I hope not."

Yang: "Do you remember what other colors were for?"

You: "Yes I do... it's one of the things I remember."

Weiss: "Unsurprisingly."

You: "Whatever you say Ice queen."

Ruby: "He got you there Weiss."

Weiss: "YOU DARE TO CALL ME THAT? YOU CRIMINAL SCUM SHOULD BE BEHIND BARS!!!"

She tried to attack him! I dashed in front of him as both Yang and Nakamura grabbed Weiss by her collar.

Nakamura: "CALM DOWN ICE WITCH!"

Blake: "Y/N?"

You: "Y-Y-Yeah?"

Blake: "Who were purple papers meant for."

You: "Wait... purple?"

Yang: "What?" We all went there Weiss burning Y/N with her gaze in the process... we looked at the cage... it was larger than the others."

You: "This is not good at all."

Nakamura: "What is it?"

You: "I'm afraid... purple was for boarbatusks or what is the name of those boar-like grimm."

Yang: "What?!"

Ruby: "Y-You're kidding."

You: "But this seems like a storage so it could be hidden in here.. the fact that it is... is concerning."

Weiss: "No way smartie!"

You: "At least I am unlike you."

Yang: "Don't even try it you two!"

You: "Whatever..."

Blake: "We were there before and those cages weren't there before."

You: "Then it means... that he started catching them..."
